  1. Looks like you have a server outside the radius, is filtering mode enabled or did you change settings/enable filtering when you were already on the game?
  2. Both routers share the same cloud, so when changed it will apply to both. I know we've done a few cloud updates recently, if you resync the cloud do they appear correctly?
  3. There is no one setting for hit detection, the router can't directly impact an in game 'feeling', it can only go off stats like ping. What is the average ping you're seeing on the Geo-Filter/in game? What are your Congestion Control/Geo-Filter settings?
  4. It's always pinned to the top of the R2 support forum you're posting in now: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/50710-new-r2-firmware-33280/ or located here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/106-latest-firmwares/
  5. If you have an Open NAT it isn't required, it's only for NAT purposes really
  6. I appreciate it is frustrating but new firmware is being worked on, I don't think we're prioritizing huge updates over frequency but it does take a little bit of time
  7. No it's not locked to a location at all. We don't specifically sell the adapters but they are pretty common so you should be able to find a similar one at a tech store for cheap
  8. Glad to hear it's on the way, sorry to hear it's taken longer than expected!
  9. We're doing the best but when we're waiting for a build there isn't much we can do
  10. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes then attempt access and see if that works please
  11. Without CC and SmartBOOST I would expect some lag, would be better to have them enabled other any device can cause issues. Where are you seeing disconnects, in game, other devices etc?
  12. I'll check in with the team and get back to you, I don't recall seeing it on the change log
  13. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  14. It would be shown in the offline tab. Change Congestion Control to Always and see if it is better then please
  15. From the R1 all the way up until now we've always provided the router and just said have a play with it and be honest about how you find it.
  16. That's great if Geo-Latency is providing more consistency for you, it is possible sometimes to get a game outside your radius when it is on - when that happens it's the game knowing its putting you on a bad game and does it anyway. Do try the restarting after changing settings with Geo-Latency on and see if that works better. Do keep us posted!
  17. Could you check CPU usage from after a reboot, take a screenshot, check again and take another screenshot when you notice it go a bit lower, rinse repeat until it gets down to the slowest it usually gets. We may be able to see a pattern. Also do you leave the interface open for long periods of time? If so try not to do that and if you're looking at it when gaming use the mobile app or mobile web browser instead and see if that delays the problem please.
  18. Difficult to tell with so many icons around but it looks exactly like it should when it's working. As a test could you try downgrading the firmware and see if you get the same issue?
  19. Best to continue your existing topic in most cases but did you do what I mentioned for Network Activity to see if it was showing up under router traffic?
  20. What about Congestion Control? It will likely appear as an offline device with devices connected to it appearing individually also showing wired and potentially offline
  21. I think that is most likely due to the standby/sleep mode it went into that the router wasn't able to determine properly that is was online but that is a good thing for us to look into, thanks for the report.
  22. Yes, we're making an update to our DPI tool so he is waiting for access to that before he can do it but shouldn't be long
  23. Try these suggestions: Split the bands, give 2.4/5GHz different names and apply - you'll want to connect to 5GHz specifically for speeds Use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that Experiment with the widths to see what gives better results Ensure it's in an elevated position - not on a metal surface Ensure there aren't any electrical / wireless devices e.g headphones etc within close proximity ~3 feet if possible Set the antennae to this position _ | | _
  24. Is there a specific server you see being blocked each time this happens? If so it might be an authentication server we haven't found that needs to be allowed
  25. Okay good to hear, let us know if it happens again and we can enable it. I'll let the team know
