  1. It's not an ID thing we need to get them working - essentially some games have restrictions around pinging etc on their servers. This is why for example some games you don't get a ping either.
  2. It's just an aesthetic issue we'll fix, it will still work as expected and won't impact functionality at all
  3. If you're concerned about bugs then I would say, if it's not broken don't fix it and stay on your current version. It's not NG official, it's one we have done. The latest firmware will generally be the most stable.
  4. What web browser/device are you using to make the rules? If you use another browser/device does it save for longer?
  5. Sounds like you might need to re-adjust Congestion Control potentially for that lag. If you want all the latest features then I would say so, you're on DumaOS 2 when you have the opportunity to be on 3.3 with the beta so it will have some more features
  6. As above it won't work on every single game session/game you play, if we can we'll expand on that support, the only reason could be the routing to the servers I would have thought
  7. There isn't a way to block a specific IP address really, what is your usecase? Perhaps I can advise an alternative approach.
  8. That's brilliant to hear, thanks for the kind words! This is a great reminder that people do love the product, being on a support forum it's easy to forget that aspect when all you'll see here are people with issues.
  9. You're very welcome, thanks for the kind words, glad you're enjoying it, have a great easter weekend!
  10. Okay great keep us posted! IF that is the only way they check to make sure you're using their modem then yes in theory it should work
  11. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with? It might be it's not getting proper power to keep those lights on.
  12. Okay thanks we'll check if the location is correct
  13. I'm still waiting on Alex for that I believe though he has done some I think
  14. Okay gotcha, seems fine!
  15. If you change the lighting mode/color to something different does the same thing happen?
  16. Just any you come across when you come across them is fine, we can usually determine a large group from just a few IDs
  17. Can you provide a screenshot of that page please?
  18. Anytime that happens just provide the IDs and we can correct them
  19. It's probable the Verizon test is only available and works as expected when connected directly to their hardware. What other sites are you using to test? What does the speedtest on the R3 show you can get?
  20. What do you mean you've given the R3 a static route? Other than what you have mentioned it all sounds fine
  21. I'll get the team to re-test the game so they can update that, thanks for the report. I think there will be some potential bug fix updates but no more feature updates.
  22. As the team are not here for the holiday (Fri & Mon are national holidays in the UK) it's unlikely!
  23. I don't think you need to reset, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  24. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  25. The Verizon speed test will be going from the modem directly to them so it's probably not even hitting the open internet. Sounds like the cable from the ONT to the modem or R3 might be limited/faulty, if you replace it do you get better speeds from different sites?
