  1. We have data from the beta but that's always subject to change so we'll test the game on launch day and if needed make any necessary cloud updates/changes. However, I will say that every CoD so far has servers in the exact same locations and normally works right away with just maybe an authentication server or two that need whitelisting or just some servers that need to be correctly located. To what specifically, Geo, Heatmap? It's not really that so much as a game could have thousands of servers and managing that yourself would be less than ideal. As mentioned, for CoD at least, the servers are always located in the same place so you know where to try and force servers each time. With your console (or your PC added as a console) you will see all the servers that make connections on the Geo-Filter and many games will work right away with only minor tinkering needed. This is actually something you could do on your own really if the game you're playing isn't working - to an extent. This won't work in every case and doesn't do anything for incorrectly located servers but you could follow a procedure like this to see if you can gain some compatibility: Set your Geo-Filter location in the ocean with settings to ensure you would only get servers in that location (i.e. Geo-Latency, Ping Assist & Fast Search disabled, Strict Mode enabled) Ensure the Geo-Filter is enabled in this way prior to the game/client/console being open Launch the game If you don't get past the game menu then look at the Geo-Filter Map (fully zoomed out) for a blocked icon (this can appear and disappear very quickly so if you don't see it, restart the game and try again) Add the blocked server to your allow list - this should then allow you past the menu Ideally you would repeat steps 5-6 after rebooting the game quite a few times to get all the servers involved in this process but as mentioned this can be A LOT. Assuming you can now go through to the menu with the Geo-Filter in the ocean you'll be able to connect whatever your Geo-Filter settings Then you can check if you can filter the game - unfortunately in terms of the user side there isn't much you can do if this doesn't work - there may well be more authentication servers (in which case you can follow a similar process by trying to search and looking for servers that appear blocked but you would need to be careful in order to only allow auth servers and not game servers otherwise you'll just get into servers you don't want all the time) or servers that are mislocated which is impacting the search. Hopefully that provides some insight into how you can do it a little yourself but also why it's not as easy as just letting you go for it, it's a time consuming and repetitive process.
  2. Appreciate the understanding! That's a good point, I'm not sure if they keep to that plan for us as the cloud would effect every router but it's quite possible, will let you know if I hear anything also.
  3. Did you say the R3 isn't in the DMZ on your modem? So is it a daily issue? Is there any pattern with when its happening/with the kind of internet usage as to when it happens.
  4. You have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  5. Thanks for your purchase! We've not heard of anyone having an issue with the menu but if you do let us know and we can look into it with you
  6. The beta has the latest version of DumaOS, the ones from NTGR are just security updates which the beta already has included
  7. Good to hear that, thanks for the update!
  8. If you haven't used the Geo-Filter yet then it will be disabled by default. If you've added a device to the Geo-Filter just remove/delete it from the Geo-Filter and it will be disabled.
  9. I asked 3 times what the speeds were reduced to. So it is a daily issue? Is there any pattern with when its happening/with the kind of internet usage as to when it happens.
  10. Not all questions have been answered and we've repeated them to try to get a clear understanding of what is happening but we're no closer to determining what the cause is currently so it can't be said that it's just a stability issue at the moment. So please let me know: What the speeds are when the issue happens When the issue happens exactly You said certain times of the day or night so does it happen daily, every few days, once a week etc?
  11. Okay so you're not doing the speedtest on the PS5 at all to determine the speeds are reduced, when you notice it you always use the PC or phone to test the speeds on the R3? What do the speeds get reduced to?
  12. So PC & Phone speed test when connected to the R3 is normal?
  13. I mean if you connect a PC to the R3 for example and do a speedtest on that what do you get?
  14. What about if you use another device to test speeds?
  15. There will only be posts about issues there, I wouldn't let it put you off, upgrade and see what its like for yourself, you can always downgrade if needed. It's unlikely there will be another firmware to be honest.
  16. So you disconnect all devices when playing? You're just testing the speed on the console speed test? They're not always accurate, what about if you use another device to test speeds?
  17. What are your other devices connected to, the ISP modem/router?
  18. What are your normal speeds and what are they reducing to? You said Congestion Control turned off but did you disable SmartBOOST fully? How many devices on the network are being used at the times of these slowdowns?
  19. Connect direct to your ISP modem/router, do you get the same issue?
  20. What do you mean by lock up exactly? You shouldn't need to do a factory reset every time on the R3 no.
  21. Couldn't say exactly, they'll need to re-test, collect as many incorrect servers as possible to get an idea of all the ranges being used and then correct them, test it on an actual router and then slowly roll it out. Sometime this week if I'm being optimistic and sometime next week if I'm being realistic.
  22. It would reserve bandwidth for every game with that rule so you don't need to make lots of rules - also if a specific game on SmartBOOST becomes out of date you may then need to make this rule anyway to compensate
  23. Great to hear that, all good, no it shouldn't cause any issues!
  24. Great thank you very much, that's really helpful, I'll check in with the team to see if the cloud was updated (sounds like maybe it hasn't been) and see if we can get this corrected asap
  25. We don't announce any hardware until we're ready to, that being said we're focused on this big update right now
