  1. Yes that's correct, then try accessing with the URL I provided
  2. You don't need to port forward, use UPnP and the DMZ all at the same time, that could cause some conflicts, disable port forwarding. Also remove the internet rule you've made for the console. It looks like you've changed Geo-Filter settings while on the game, make your changes before you launch the game, then if you need to make a change restart the game afterwards.
  3. That file definitely looks incorrect and not like what I provided, provide the files and I can take a look
  4. Do you have a PC you can connect via ethernet to the router? If you haven't done the reset correctly then it may be showing as the previous WiFi name. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then try accessing
  5. People were getting issues with it when it was automatically enabled so we changed it to being automatically disabled, if you have IPv6 you can enable it
  6. On the phone, on the WiFi list actually click the R3 network so you get more details/settings for that connection, then disable the private/random mac/addresses option then reserved IPs on the router
  7. If you're having issues please make a new forum topic and we can help you there
  8. What I mean is you may have allowed a server showing in poland that wasn't an actual authentication server but a polish game server in which case it would get you on those servers more often. Once I can check IDs we can get it cleared up and should be a better experience
  9. Set devices connected to the router as static/reserved in Setting > DHCP and see if that helps. There is also the potential it is running out of memory, are you doing lots of bandwidth intensive tasks e.g. downloading heavily most of the day? What settings have you changed from the defaults?
  10. If you're going to connect to it via WiFi then it will appear as a WiFi network (NetdumaR2) or as whatever the name was that you previously set. If you're connected to it via ethernet then you're already connected to it, you don't need to do anything there. Once connected you can access the interface by going to http://192.168.77.1 in your web browser. You may or may not need to complete the Setup Wizard when you first access.
  11. No worries! There can be, depends how out of date the cloud has become/how much they've changed servers, getting the ID should tell me more. It could also be that one of the polish servers you've allowed isn't an auth server and is actually a game server - if you allowed more than the two servers I checked then let me know the IDs and I can check that too.
  12. Could you grab a new log when it occurs again please?
  13. You can swipe up on the bottom window and it should reveal the ID. That will be the auth server so that's fine, the US server is the host based on the icon but that could be mislocated also, if you get the ID (can swipe if needed) I can check
  14. Upgrade back to the version from this topic
  15. Can you give me one of those IDs please? Could you also show me what you see on the map when that happens please?
  16. The Polish servers I believe are actually mislocated and should be in Ireland (if you provide an ID of one I can check) which would make them authentication servers required for online play - you should see another server within your radius which is your game server
  17. Is it happening less with the extended lease time and reserved IPs? It doesn't appear you're actually using IPv6 so I don't think that would be a contributing factor. I've given you Early Access, could you try the firmware there and see if that works better please? https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  18. Does the Geo-Filter show the PC added with Console instead of Call of Duty Series now?
  19. I responded in your other topic but the above is correct
  20. These would be credentials you've set so we'd have no way to tell you what it is, you will have to factory reset the router so you can go through the setup wizard and set new credentials there. Hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access and complete the wizard - if you're prompted to login to the interface after a reset it will be the default credentials admin / password
  21. Ahh I see, well given you're on that version and in Early Access already it would be a good idea to try the very latest early access firmware first: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58424-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40645/ you don't need to factory reset after unless you want to/notice an issue. Otherwise you could try dropping to a previous version, the last public version before the one you're on is https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57039-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40290/ which is quite a leap down so I'd suggest going up to the Early Access one first
  22. When there is an app update yes it will likely show there also, we don't give out ETAs so couldn't say. Mobile app updates usually come out less frequently than firmware updates. Those 2 options aren't really needed anymore and most people wouldn't need to adjust them. Reason being: Strict Mode was implemented specifically for Destiny 2 quite some years ago, the way they do matchmaking now is different and so it's no longer a relevant feature Fast Search made Ping Assist work faster at the expense of it allowing servers outside ping limit - we've since improved Ping Assist so it works faster and is more accurate Disabling strict mode and enabling fast search now would likely cause most people to experience the Geo-Filter 'not working correctly' even though it would be, it's just the features themselves that are not well understood so moving them away prevents people accidently adjusting them and making their Geo-Filter experience worse
