  1. Can you provide a screenshot of the page showing what you see when it happens please?
  2. If you're enabling the Geo-Filter after the game client / game has been launched that can cause it - you have to enable before that If you're changing Geo-Filter settings in game that can cause it - you'll need to reboot the game if you do If strict mode is disabled it can cause it - keep it enabled If you have added servers to your allow list that you shouldn't have, they appear with a white circle around them if you have - delete them Failing all that it could be a cloud issue - we'd need to update it
  3. The team are aware there are a few issues and they will try to fix most of them for the next firmware version so nothing unexpected at the moment. I will get back to you if I find a console command for the pinned panels
  4. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? Have you entered your expected/paid for speeds into the router? What speedtest screenshot relates to what and where are you measuring the ping as they're both showing low there
  5. No worries, totally understand, also try just splitting the bands so you can connect to 2.4GHz or 5GHz manually and see if the same issue occurs. It might be more to do with the automatic switching rather than 5GHz itself. It will delete all offline devices regardless of whether you have named them, that's by design but I can make the suggestion to the team to consider ammending it.
  6. Still keep the router in the ISP modem/router DMZ
  7. Good to hear! Make sure you're not using Ping Assist otherwise you can get games outside your radius. Ensure you use Always for Congestion Control, start at 70% for download/upload and adjust from there if needed
  8. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/
  9. That's fine, as long as it is connected to the router, keep us posted!
  10. I meant more in depth than that but if not that's fine. Do you have any devices that are yours that are connected to the ISP router that you could connect to the R3 to see if they get the same issue?
  11. Upgrade to the firmware above if you don't want to have any issues - in theory it shouldn't be the latest but it works
  12. Have you changed any settings on the PC itself for the internet adapter?
  13. So does that mean it only happens initially when you turn your PC on? Is it more that it takes a minute or so to get a connection or that you have a connection initially and then it disconnects after 5 mins for example? Does it then only happen again another time when turning on instead of a few hours in etc?
  14. Are there any devices still connected to the ISP router? Does it happen at a similar time of day, using the same service, playing the same game etc?
  15. Does it seem to follow any sort of pattern such as same time of day, same devices being used when it disconnects etc?
  16. If it's not happening anywhere else other than your room then it is likely poor signal/a dead zone in your room. The signal is probably spotty, just about reaches but as such interference can drop it very easily. If it happens again then split the bands and then use 2.4GHz exclusively in your room and it should be more stable.
  17. Best to check the topic for the issues. It's more likely to work yes
  18. Did you set it as static as well? Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or IPv6 at all?
  19. I've added you to Early Access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? If you could re-enable 5GHz and get the issue to happen again and then provide the logs from Settings please that would be really helpful.
  20. The interface on the mobile browser doesn't change to the app style interface at all? You may need to be on DumaOS 3.3, I've given you access to the beta, please be aware it is a beta and therefore there may be issues: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/60122-new-xr1000-beta-firmware-dumaos-33688-upgrading-fix
  21. It's interesting that it's only your phone, regardless of the phone that you're using. Is it possible to test using someone elses phone in your room to see if they get the same issue? Do you get the same issue on your phone when you're in the living room?
  22. Good to hear you're connected. You can leave that blank unless they've given you something to enter there
  23. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  24. If you're using the Geo-Filter disable it, do you get the same issue?
