  1. It's obsolete as they'll be covering the same domains. In that instance add that URL to your whitelist and it'll no longer be blocked.
  2. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  3. That's very hard then from a networking perspective then to troubleshoot as there is nothing to go off. May be worth trying to force servers slightly further away and see if they play better even if they have a higher ping. No you don't need to leave it on the entire time. If you zoom out fully on the map can you see any server on the map in that scenario?
  4. Good advice above, if you can't get Open that way then it's possible you have a CG-NAT
  5. Can you expand on what that means exactly?
  6. In that case do you require PPPoE/VLAN/DHCP Identifiers to get a connection?
  7. As above, devices can cache IPs/location so a restart should get it working
  8. Are you actually seeing servers/ping when you're playing? If so you can ignore that, it's just a visual misreading. If not, what platform are you playing on and what game? How have you added the device to the Geo-Filter?
  9. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  10. Have you accessed the interface and gone through the Setup Wizard? You will need to do this before you're able to get internet
  11. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  12. Are you on the latest version? https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ How have you set Traffic Prioritization? Is Adblocker definitely not showing any blocked entries?
  13. Ah yes, you'll need to do that via the web page
  14. You are correct, thanks for the reminder - it's not currently available but when the 3.3 update is available it will be
  15. There is no need to do the ports to cover everything - just use the option that covers everything
  16. This should be a good starting point for you: https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/folders/16000090646
  17. It's true that further feature/OS upgrades will not be made on the XR range so in that sense if you want the latest then our router would be the better option. If you have the OpenVPN configuration files then yes you should be able to.
  18. Yes that's correct. If that's the case add the device, leave it as all activities and just click save
  19. I don't think you're on the latest firmware, upgrade: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/55635-new-r3-firmware-40219/then check again
  20. Looking at the configs there is no difference other than the server domain that changes between them so its likely to be on the VPN side - could you provide the VPN logs when it fails to connect please?
  21. Not specifically, just select the device then on the next page press save
  22. You need to add your device to the HybridVPN and then it will work - it's currently not applying to anything
  23. You need to open each of those files that it mentions in the config and then paste them into your config like this: <ca> contents of ca.crt pasted here </ca> <cert> contents of client.crt pasted here </cert> <key> contents of client.key pasted here </key> then copy everything in the file you've made and put that in HVPN and it should work. If you make a new topic with the configs you're having trouble with I can help
  24. I've got a meeting with the team tomorrow so I can bring this up and see where we are at with it.
