  1. In WAN Settings on the XR set NAT to Open, then reboot your gaming device and check your NAT again
  2. Good to hear! It's very unlikely it's died, we'll look into it. No need but appreciate it!
  3. You're on a very old firmware version, I would highly suggest you upgrade to this version: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/35821-new-r1-firmware-30207/ If you insist on staying on that version then it will be very difficult to help you as that software hasn't been used for about 8 years at least and it's changed drastically since then.
  4. Yeah provide the logs when it happens again, it's unlikely anything will show but worth a try
  5. Is there any pattern you can determine as to when it happens? It's very unusual for that kind of behavior to be a router specific issue
  6. Are you using an Adblocker at all or the Adblocker on the router itself?
  7. I've moved your post into your original topic for consistency as I had no idea what you were referring to. It'd be a good idea to do a factory reset from the interface now that you're on this version and see what issues remain. What is actually happening when you try to connect via WiFi? What ping are you seeing in game and on the Geo-Filter? What game are you playing? When are you playing? Factory reset should help with the slow access
  8. Upgrade to this firmware please and check again: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ We've not had any further reports on that issue which would be the case if its a cloud issue
  9. Not servers you have blocked manually but those blocked from being outside your radius - only specifically when you're trying to use Discord, they should appear on the map so you can then manually allow them
  10. We wouldn't have got the early access or ultimate edition so would wait for the standard edition. A new firmware wouldn't be needed, it would just be a cloud update but most likely it'll work exactly the same as the previous one but we'll test it when we can and make any necessary changes if required.
  11. Check the Geo-Filter map for blocked servers - zoom out fully - then add them to your allow list, you may need to do this a few times, then it shouldn't be an issue any more. If you could then provide those server IDs we can get them added to the global whitelist
  12. I don't think the game has been released yet has it? Most likely in the same locations though but we'll test it when we're able to
  13. I meant for you to send an email to [email protected] with your full name not provide your email and full name here. If you could still email us though please with a link to this topic and we'll go from there
  14. A picture of the broken antenna is what I was after. Email with your full name and I can look up the order that way
  15. Send a picture to [email protected] along with your order number and we can go from there
  16. We can send new antennae if necessary, however, it is likely it's just that it's come apart instead of breaking, check the video to see if that applies + how to fix. If that's not it please provide a picture of how they're broken please antennaepop.mp4
  17. Great! Settings > LAN > Port Forwarding
  18. Go to the Device Manager and switch to the table view (click top left of the Device Manager panel), then provide a screenshot of that page please
  19. Okay thanks, may be that we need to do a cloud update, there are a few in the pipeline waiting for EE approval so it is likely it will be resolved fairly soon
  20. Okay thanks I'll make the request for it
  21. eFootball is a difficult one as they seem to use relay servers (they'll connect you to a server you can connect to, e.g. one within your radius with the purpose of using that connection to connect you to a server you can't connect to directly i.e. one outside your radius) so it may not always work 100%. Some say covering Japan as well as the servers you want to play on prevents that happening. Otherwise, Ping Assist & Geo-Latency should be disabled with strict mode enabled. The Geo-Filter should be enabled before you launch the game client (e.g. steam) and the game. If you change Geo-Filter settings while on the game then you must restart the game.
  22. No worries I'll pass it on - I doubt it's that especially given your RGB has been off since your original purchase and mine performs the same and Krush gets it too. Did you notice it start happening when downloading heavily/using a lot of bandwidth or while other devices were being used etc?
  23. Definitely don't use the PC in the DMZ even if it's for gaming you're still signing into game accounts etc so there is still a big risk to you. Port Forwarding can help you get an open NAT if needed, you'll just need to forward the ports the game requires.
  24. As others mentioned we're aware it's not 100% accurate at the moment and the alternatives are: Speed Test - Enter your speeds manually / use speedtest.net and then enter speeds manually Ping Optimizer - Adjust Congestion Control manually (which is what PO does for you), start with 70% which is a good starting point and adjust from there if needed
