  1. Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 4 minutes then try accessing again please
  2. It'll be in the next cloud update probably next week
  3. Presumably it just happened? If so it's the DHCP lease, set the lease to 10000 in DHCP settings, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and monitor.
  4. We're aware it's not 100% reliable at the moment but yes it's results will depend on what servers it can use that are the closest to you. Do speedtest.net and then enter your speeds in manually instead, adjust the Congestion Control percentages to achieve the same effects of Ping Optimizer - start with 70% for download & upload and adjust as needed.
  5. What game is this for exactly?
  6. Glad to hear you solved it, thanks for the update!
  7. If you don't understand something just ask, we don't bite!
  8. There are only so many reasons it can occur and I doubt the firmware version will be overly affecting it, it's usually the same culprits
  9. You've not followed through the steps I posted fully as the PC is still added with the Call of Duty option, when you follow the steps and set the PC to a PlayStation in the Device Manager and then add it to the Geo-Filter it will add with the Games Console service and it will work much better
  10. We don't have any specific recommendations for network adapter settings and not for any specific NICs. I'd highly suggest doing some research on the options and also what they do to determine whether they are worth trying
  11. Go through the steps I usually post again when that happens and you'll see them again on the map
  12. If the server is pinging and the server is within your radius then it will be working correctly, otherwise please provide an uncropped screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when this doesn't happen. Steady Ping isn't related to filtering, it tries to add a delay to your ping to give you one consistent ping but this isn't always possible and doesn't mean the actual router/Geo-Filter isn't functioning correctly
  13. Glad to hear you found a solution for it, thanks for letting us know, which version was it?
  14. Double check the WAN IP shown on the R3 is still the same as the IP you've entered in the DMZ, it may be the IP has changed which is why you're encountering the issue. If they are different then correct it and try again
  15. They're actively putting measures in place to prevent people using VPNs, we can't know for certain what methods they might employ to counteract this but a ping limit may be one, in which case using the Geo-Filter without the VPN might work but you may also have trouble.
  16. It might be whitelisted, grab the ID for me and I can pass it on
  17. If when it happens again you could get the log and let us know the time roughly when it occurred that would be really helpful. Also more information like is it all devices or specific devices? Do they actually lose internet or just kicked from the game etc.
  18. No not specifically but they'll get to it as soon as they can
  19. It might be you're stuck on a version of the cloud where the others are still valid and Halo isn't, is the R3 in the Verizon DMZ?
  20. If you're starting the Geo-Filter before the device/game/client is on, Geo-Latency and Ping Assist is disabled then unless there are incorrectly whitelisted servers which isn't too common, especially for CoD then you're doing everything right
  21. Exactly as above! 540 is the public firmware and 645 is the Early Access firmware
  22. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove all the devices from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then check that Geo-Latency and Ping Assist are disabled. Also keep in mind that Halo did put things in place quite awhile ago to prevent filtering so likely the only way to filter if it does work would be to use Geo-Latency which could still allow servers outside your radius but the ping shouldn't be too high, like the one from your screenshot.
  23. Is this via ethernet or WiFi and is the other connection method e.g. WiFi accessible?
  24. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client
  25. Every iteration of the router has improved upon the hardware so yes it is possible we will make a router with higher than 1Gbps ports. This really depends on if the price is right as well. Couldn't say when/if that may happen.
