Okay that's good, try then manual port forwarding and it should open
-
Have you blocked a device on the Device Manager or made a blocking internet rule, made port forwards, DMZ etc?

Best sitting for bo6 for hit detection
Netduma Fraser replied to L7NALMARI's topic in Call of Duty Support
We rarely need to put out a specific 'fix' for a game in terms of improving the connection, you have all the tools at your disposal to get the best connection possible. Other than that, it's as above, it's always like this every year at launch, the servers get slammed and so the connection is at it's worse, it will start to cool down and then Christmas will hit and then it'll happen again. -

I'd check if changing back to 192.168.1.1 for the LAN IP fixes this initially. If not, make sure you're accessing via HTTP not HTTPS. See if routerlogin.net provides you with better success. If you're using Armor try disabling that as well please. It looks like you're using a browser based Adblocker, it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.1.1/ & http://routerlogin.net as a trusted site and then check please.

Port Fowarding Moderate>Open NAT Type
Netduma Fraser replied to VeeDot's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Yes but I want you to be at a blank slate on that front - if you've made incorrect rules that could do the opposite of what you want -
Yes please follow the CG-NAT section at the bottom of this guide and let us know the results https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/open-nat/#cg-nat

It's been 1 year, what firmware version are you on currently?

Are you using the credentials you use to login to NordVPN on their website or the service credentials? It needs to be the latter that you should be able to access in your NordVPN dashboard
-
Yes copy it into the configuration box on HVPN, enter your Nord credentials and connect. Then make rules that you want the VPN to apply to

Does the same cable with a PC work when connected to the router?
-
That modem doesn't have WiFi so the rest didn't apply to it, you could ignore what I said. As above, it's also possible you have a CG-NAT. Check with the Geo-Filter disabled and see if it is open then.

SBMMOFF and NetDuma. One works without the other.

Yeah we're already looking into that -

Port Fowarding Moderate>Open NAT Type

So the R3 WAN IP is in the DMZ on the BT hub right? Have you made any changes on the R3 for ports as well? -
It means it'll use a server within your radius to connect you to a server outside your radius
-
The cable type doesn't matter, try a different cable and also try a different port on the router. If you've set manual network settings on the console remove them and make it automatic.
-
You can do this yes but the ports are limited to 1Gbps so you'll get a 10th of the speeds you pay for through it, that doesn't matter for gaming though.
-
If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. You should get an Open NAT then.

My r2 keeps dropping connection and rebooting randomly
Netduma Fraser replied to FeaRvPain's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Thank you, and you! -
Yes the one in Ireland needs to be allowed, it's an authentication server required for online play, at least remove those and see if it works. The team will push a cloud on Monday that should help overall.

We're pretty sure the game is using relay servers which will be hard for us to resolve which is why it will require dev input, it may not be possible. We don't have a public ticket system, what you've done is fine thank you.
