    We are porting a whole new version of DumaOS to a platform it wasn't designed for, this isn't a quick thing to do.

    Do check with a different cable than the one we've sent, there has been an instance in the past where this cable was to blame. Do you get the same issue with the console directly connected to your modem?

    The Geo-Filter location is set manually by you, it doesn't adjust based on the VPN location.

    Are you able to access DumaOS using the app at all? I know you won't have internet but you should be able to access still. If you can get access, can you provide screenshots of all the pages in Settings please?

    The screenshot above though it seems like on the ISP router you're getting 300 less than 900 - I'm not saying that's causing the issue but if that's not giving you the expected results then results on the R3 will vary as well. Put the device in the DMZ on the R3 then do a test quickly, once done remove it from the DMZ - do not keep it in the DMZ, what do you get?

    What game/device are you playing on at the time of that screenshot? Do you see gaming appearing on the graph when playing? If so it is prioritizing just not showing on the list that it's being detected.

    I did but they didn't give me the answers I was after. The killcam isn't going to be a 100% accurate replay of what happened. If you're playing on further away servers then the ping will be higher and the experience will be worse generally. The ping on both looks pretty similar to me but if it's working for you that's all that matters!

    Is this with the Geo-Filter enabled or disabled? What changed in terms of settings/setup prior to the issue happening?

    No they're not all supposed to stay there the whole time as you only make a connection to one or two servers maximum when playing a game. Do you see anything on the map when you're actually in the game playing?

    Seems like your speeds fluctuate a lot even from your ISP router. Set the router to 900Mbps for download. Disable DPI from the same Congestion Control menu and then see what you get.

    Glad it's all working now, I would suggest upgrading to the latest and then we can see if its a persistent issue

    It's already added I will pass it onto the team to try and reproduce, it may not be possible if they're using relay servers which is what it looks like

    I checked the server, it is correctly located so that's not the issue, Ping Optimizer is reporting good results, no spikes or anything like that so I don't think it's anything on your side and indicates it's the actual server. There are multiple servers clustered in the same location so try blocking any you get 40ms to and see if that then allows you to get the lower ping again.

    If you disable it you can lose internet as the screenshot says but it should come back, if not, if you reboot does it get restored?

    If that happens again reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R3, wait 2 minutes and see if you get internet then

    Router mode if DMZ is enabled correct? Are there other devices still connected to the Nokia router as ALL devices should be connected to the R2 otherwise they can pull bandwidth away from the router. What speeds are you getting precisely through speedtest.net via ethernet to the R2? Disable the protection options in Settings and that may allow you to achieve slightly higher speeds.

    I'd suggest making a separate topic for the R3 and we can troubleshoot there. For this one, access via 192.168.1.1 instead, does that work?

    IPv6 is disabled by default on this version but it shouldn't cause that kind of issue. How were you able to get access in the end? Are you turning the R3 off regularly for example at night? If so that's potentially why, routers are designed to be low power and always on and depending on your modem the boot order can be important to get internet.

    Just to clarify, you're saying that Steady Ping does not stabilize your games when the PS is set as a console in the Device Manager/added as a console to Geo, only when set/added as a PC? What game is it you're playing and how do you then add it to the Geo?

    In that firmware though we have specifically made improvements to the Geo-Filter which may help with the situation you're having here
