  1. Could you resync again and then grab the log please? I'm fairly convinced that for some reason you're not able to download the cloud updates properly which is what is causing the issue. The logs should tell us more.
  2. Resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter pages then check again please
  3. Go to add a activity priority on SmartBOOST, go to File Sharing and check for Call of Duty Content - you don't need to use it.
  4. Clear your browser cache/cookies, it may have updated but the number is cached on the old one. If it didn't upgrade make sure you upgrade via ethernet and see if it works then
  5. Check for "Call of Duty Content" in the File Sharing category on SmartBOOST, do you have that?
  6. While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. The router address may have changed to prevent a conflict with your ISP modem, in which case it would have changed to 10.0.0.1 can you access that way?
  7. I'll add it to the request list!
  8. There isn't actually an official meaning for this that's documented and I've not seen it before. Best guess is it's a failed update - do you notice any pattern to what has prompted it?
  9. Metal is what I was checking for really, that could as you say cause interference, try the above suggestions, see if that helps, if not would it be possible just to move it back into that room it seems to run from and check if it is better? I get other routers didn't have a problem but also the one router you did mention has a significant hardware advantage.
  10. That's a firmware update, you can do that if you wish to, would probably be a good idea! We also did get that alternate cloud version for you so if you do do the update that should trigger during setup and download it, then see if you have a different experience.
  11. I think it's probably the service we use for the speedtest servers that's having an issue, I've raised it with the team and we're looking into it. You'll need to set speeds/Congestion Control manually for the moment.
  12. I've given you Early Access, do what you need to do to gain access like a factory reset, then get upgraded to the EA firmware: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  13. Great to hear, thanks for the update!
  14. Currently waiting on a few patches from the OEMs
  15. Can you run the test then get the logs right after please?
  16. It could be interference, not necessarily due to the other devices working but could you provide a description of where it is or better yet a picture?
  17. That's good to hear, hopefully it continues!
  18. Disable GeoLatency Disable PingAssist (set it to 0,0) Enable Strict Mode Disable Fast Search Use Simple instead of Custom radius Then restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then.
  19. How far away are the consoles from the router exactly? Are you always using 5GHz instead of 2.4GHz? If so try 2.4, it has better range, penetration of hard surfaces and generally a bit more stable and see if it works better then please.
  20. Glad to hear you got it sorted, thanks for the update!
  21. If you have an Open NAT then ports will be being opened correctly, if they weren't you'd have a moderate or strict NAT, either UPnP isn't showing it but is opening it in the background in which case we can sort that or it isn't required for the game/Open NAT at that time. People on the forum are always suggesting different things to try and gain an edge but it's not something we've ever specifically recommended doing because you're just assigning bandwidth and gaming doesn't use much anyway so it wouldn't improve anything in theory. It does sound like the Geo-Filter is doing its job getting you low ping servers and keeping it stable, could you provide a video of what you're seeing in game please? You have an Open NAT so further port forwarding wouldn't do anything but you could try putting your PS5 in the DMZ on the R3 which is essentially passing all traffic through to the device, people use it to open their NAT.
  22. What is the starting ping you have when doing the test?
  23. It's not discrimination, there aren't any new features for the game, we're just stating the server locations - it's essentially a repost from the beta awhile ago, nothing new, you haven't been forgotten. He is working on it.
  24. It does but I'll need to see what its showing to make an accurate assessment, no rush, whenever you can provide a screenshot - I'll still be around for another 4 hours or so - otherwise I'll pick it up tomorrow
