  1. Is it just that device? Can you search for a game immediately for example?
  2. It may show it as inactive but are you seeing servers on the map?
  3. Oh so you're using a VPN? You will have trouble getting an Open NAT then and those port forwards won't open the NAT. The VPN applies to whatever the rule is that you made, it wouldn't be affected by port forwarding
  4. You add numbers to their existing name e.g. 1 - PlayStation? Doesn't make sense to me personally but fair enough! You can't change the MAC on the router, it's a device specific identifier set by your device manufacturer. I can pass on the re-order request but I don't think it's likely to be added as it's not really needed in most cases.
  5. I can reproduce this for the most part, thanks for the reports, this will be a DPI/Cloud issue that we can fix without a firmware update, I'll pass it on
  6. Is it just that device being booted off ethernet? Seems strange that it's just happening when gaming, like the Geo-Filter is blocking a server
  7. You can re-enable it and we can resolve the initial issue or you can use port forwarding to achieve an open NAT. Yes Steady Ping does increase the latency to provide a solid steady ping that does not fluctuate, therefore putting you more in sync with the server. If you don't want the additional ping you can disable it and it will go back down.
  8. It looks like you're trying to use the DHCP identifiers and PPPoE at the same time, which one is it you specifically need for the internet? Then remove the other one, save, reboot the ONT, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R2 from the interface, wait 4 minutes and then see if you get internet please
  9. Use this firmware and see if you have the same issue please: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  10. Ahh good to hear, thanks for the update, your router likely hadn't updated the cloud yet
  11. That shouldn't be the cause but as long as you're not getting any NAT issues that's fine. Of course, what's your question?
  12. A crash in what sense? If you enable Steady Ping it will raise your ping so if you re-enabled it that will be why.
  13. We have a new version, please try this one: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  14. Use Congestion Control and disable Steady Ping and it will reduce
  15. Settings > Troubleshooting > Upload Firmware
  16. Thanks for the updated report, Alex will be deep in cloud stuff now so hopefully he can sort this pretty easily
  17. How have you setup Congestion Control, SmartBOOST, Geo-Filter etc? What are the ping differences, where are you measuring them etc?
  18. No yesterday: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57223-new-firmware-r3-dumaos-40402-disconnections-fix/
  19. Okay thanks, I'll pass it on
  20. It's something we'll need to remove from the whitelist, you don't need a new router, could you ping that allowed server and provide us with the ID please?
  21. If you haven't changed anything on your side then it's almost certainly the game, especially being launch weekend the servers are probably absolutely slammed. We did release a new firmware though so worth trying that too.
  22. I've added you, please try again
  23. That's great to hear, thanks for the update!
