  1. Are you trying to prioritize it or open ports for it? If you're just prioritizing it there is already a Plex option when you add an activity to SmartBOOST.
  2. Everything will work, it'll just be the double/strict/moderate NAT you're be risking by moving to it if you don't get a static IP with them.
  3. We don't have a LAN VLAN option, only the one for WAN where some people require it for a connection so you wouldn't be able to do this.
  4. Just enter PPPoE details and you're good to go. Currently with PPPoE you wouldn't be able to reach those speeds, we hope to be able to increase this.
  5. The RGB pulse/colour is set by you and it activates when it detects gaming, were you gaming at the time?
  6. There is a guide on how to add a rule but that's it. It's not a feature that should be used unless you know what you're doing and not for this purpose, it wouldn't work. To change routing you'd either need to talk to your ISP or use a service like WTFast for example that claims to optimize your route to gaming servers.
  7. Probably just mislocated, we don't generally have full support for betas but we're doing what we can to get as much info for Heatmap out there as possible as well as getting a cloud out for the Geo during this period. When we're not constrained by beta timelines it'll be easier to make changes and have better compatibility.
  8. How are you determining it is wrong other than comparing the two heatmaps?
  9. I wouldn't have thought so but perhaps depending on their age, try downgrading to wpa2 and see if they can connect better
  10. Is this with Smart Connect enabled or disabled? Some smart devices don't like the automatic switching
  11. No worries, I'll have to pass it onto the team to have a look at then, in the meantime do use port forwarding
  12. When that happens it's almost certainly because the rule is invalid or something was missed so I'm sure it can be fixed without a reset
  13. From the Telstra side of things, that shouldn't affect it, can you not reach it from http://mymodem/ or http://192.168.0.1/ ?
  14. Are you changing settings or applying the filter while already on the game or with steam enabled by any chance?
  15. That's just a case of mislocated servers, the Geo-Filter is working because it thinks it's there and so is allowing it. If you could provide any IDs in that situation we can get those corrected with a cloud update and then it'll be more accurate.
  16. Could be PPPoE potentially, do you have another router you can test with to handle that and then connect the R3 to it and see if it triggers properly?
  17. Ah, did you disable DPI in Settings by any chance? Well if it can't detect it then it won't be prioritizing, do you see servers on the Geo-Filter Map with the device added.
  18. Thanks for that, I'll pass it on, most likely we're unable to ping the server (game servers don't generally respond well to pings) and so it's taking the last ping response which is low.
  19. Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing please?
  20. Doesn't have to be but the individual services are more likely to become out of date faster, try it and let us know how you get on.
  21. I replied to your topic but it's a temporary traffic prioritization rule so you can still do it but just not with a temporary rule.
  22. By unable to add rules exactly what does that mean? You add it and it doesn't add it, gives an error, adds but doesn't work etc? If they're added but not working can you provide a screenshot of them please and if they won't add can you provide a screenshot of the rule you're trying to make please?
  23. Yes that's correct, you're on the latest beta!
