  1. The allow/deny option is a more permanent allow/block setting, you do not need to set this every time - if you have been doing this and therefore denying a lot of servers that will be contributing to the longer wait times. It won't be able to ping/stabilize every server either. If you're using a console it will just add automatically, if you're using a PC it will ask you what game you want to use. By the latter statement does that mean you're trying to force servers further away from you? If so that will be why it's taking longer, your ping will be higher and you've got a bigger group it has to account for/find space for. I've given you Early Access so you can try the firmware there: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  2. Using old school R1 firmware, really trying to make me rack my brain today huh! Make sure you have strict mode enabled and Ping Assist set to 0, then restart the game and try again please.
  3. As long as the R3 is connected to an internet source via ethernet you can connect it however you wish, connect it to the box on the wall, ONT, existing ISP modem/router - whatever is easier/possible with your connection.
  4. Make sure you do the workaround: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client and then it will work correctly.
  5. I mean I'm not in marketing but it's a common business practice
  6. Do keep us posted with how you get on!
  7. The devices won't show the DNS server change as they go through the router first, then the DNS you've set will be used so that's normal
  8. Thank you, I'll pass it on Thank you very much, that's super helpful!
  9. That's prioritizing now yes so that's all fine, just the Geo-Filter and Congestion Control to adjust then
  10. Yes I quoted you to let you know you've been added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  11. Not those numbers, it isn't prioritizing, which means the device you've added isn't the correct one - check the IP on the console itself then match it with the IP for one of the devices on the Device Manager, then add it it Traffic Prioritization and it will work.
  12. Added
  13. Scroll down to the bottom of the page - Traffic Prioritization where you added your console manually
  14. No worries at all, thanks for the update, we are looking into it.

  16. It is normal yes but I'll put that forth as a request
  17. Added
  18. The black circles next to it in the download & upload columns will turn red and the numbers will tick upwards.
  19. Do this process and see if it works please:
  20. Look for the blocked server on the map when it happens and then add it to your allow list - you may need to do this a few times. If you then provide us with the IDs we can get them on the global whitelist. Are you using the Discord desktop app or via a web browser?
  21. That's the main thing really - the rule you made for Traffic Prioritization, is it triggerring when you're playing? Btw, the Congestion Control testing, make sure you have it set to Always when you're trying it.
