The cloud will be responsible for the outdated game selection on Traffic Prioritization - you can add your PC with the Games Console service to achieve the same effect. Are you using the standard lists for Adblocker? If you manually add a site does it block it? Have you put your PC in the DMZ or made a Traffic Controller rule for it?

I can't reproduce it so it's a difficult one to pass on at the moment, I'll let the team know though. Could you provide a log when you get disconnected please?

If you get it playing directly then it's likely nothing on your side that you can control, it could be your routing to the servers. Is better in non peak times?

The Adblocker isn't going to detect games, it's sole purpose is to block ads - we can't have a list that blocks every ad on every device ever, any that it doesn't cover you can add manually, either individual sites or by adding pre-made lists you find online. Those services are likely out of date, add the PC with the Games Console service instead and it will prioritize in the meantime.

Are you able to connect to and play from your ISP modem at any point to see if you get the same issue? Was this an issue you had before getting the router?

Where are you measuring the packet loss? Do you see the same issue directly connected to your modem? Are you playing via ethernet or WiFi?

We usually recommend 70% starting point for Congestion Control and then experimenting from there. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? What game are you playing? How is the PS5 connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
