  1. Sorry I'm not sure what you mean, could you clarify please?
  2. Added everyone https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. I have had reports that the router has been acting unusual for a number of people, symptoms seem to include: Slow loading of interface pages Trouble getting past the Setup Wizard after a factory reset #1 - (Unconfirmed Solution): After waiting 30 seconds - 1 minute on the interface without doing anything it appears to be fine and snappy as usual. If you close the interface it will happen again the next time you go on the interface. #2 - (Unconfirmed Solution): Please skip through the wizard so you can access the interface, then reboot from the interface and wait 4 minutes before accessing and see if you get internet please. 3# - (Pending Solution) The team have reverted the last cloud change within the last 30 minutes, this should propagate to your router over time but please resync the cloud from the Device Manager and Geo-Filter and see if that resolves the issue. This is an ongoing situation, I would appreciate any reports of symptoms/fixes for these issues so that I can provide as much information to the dev team and provide other users with reassurance. Please do not factory reset the router in an attempt to fix the situation as you may be stuck on the wizard without internet, if this is the case please try #2, if this persists please comment back.

  5. As above, did that resolve it for you?
  6. Yep, they pushed an update quick, appeared to work (again not much time to verify changes), then it's only when people start using it that you come across things like this.
  7. There should be a cloud update to fix it so we're ready for day 1 release. Could you try the resync again and see if the same error comes up?
  8. Thanks for the reports, I'm also seeing the same thing now. The only thing it could be I think is a bad cloud update potentially has caused it, I've let the team know but they will be out of office until Monday. It seems it takes a minute or so to get back to normal and then is fine as long as you don't close the interface.
  9. It is very unlikely that anything would be 'down' in order to cause this type of problem, the only thing would be a cloud update that's corrupted for example but this is unlikely. What browsers/devices are you using to access? Does this happen on the mobile app?
  10. Perhaps when we push a bigger cloud update it will work better but I am surprised that it worked that well tbh!
  11. It might be that it changed to avoid a conflict and uses 10.0.0.1 now instead, does that work? Alternatively does routerlogin.net work?
  12. Could you record what is happening using https://jam.dev please? That would really help us figure out what may be happening.
  13. We're testing a cloud update currently, I appreciate it's not ideal during the beta to have it not work correctly but we only have limited time to test it - even less so given working hours, we don't commit to having full compatibility during the beta because it's always subject to change but it does allow us to have day 1 support on release. For PC you may need to switch it to a console in the Device Manager instead and then it may work better.
  14. Thanks, that's really good to hear, we should be all set for day 1 release
  15. Thanks I'll pass it on to be corrected

If it's not working well for you currently best to disable the Geo-Filter and enjoy the rest of the beta as much as you can prior to release.
  17. There is an incoming cloud updated that should rectify this, it's being tested now
  18. I get you, that's why we have a singular option for the console to prioritize everything on it as it's quite hard to distinguish what specifically was being done on the console, at least it was at the team, we've got better at that detection on DumaOS 4.
  19. Do you have any servers in your allow list at all? Resync the cloud from the map menu, you may be on an old cloud version
  20. There are many servers clustered in the same locations, it would take you a long time to block them all to filter that way, better to use the radius to do so. The connection needs to be severed completely, if you're playing on PC this would include closing the game client, game pass, steam etc from the system tray. Where are you actually testing the speeds? Disable the protection options in troubleshooting settings, that can boost the speeds. We don't have instant replies but we will reply when we can, including out of hours/weekends.
  21. We don't generally have full support during betas but it's good to help us with day 1 support when the game releases.
  22. I have been assured it's in the archives for testing, there was a big update we needed to get done and so he should be able to focus on the less played games like these shortly
  23. There are plans to merge the two features in future yes, as you can imagine it's quite a big job and would need to be done carefully and if we can't do that we may not do it but if we can don't expect it soon
  24. Still applied, no changes there
