Ethernet port (1) / access to internet not working?
Netduma Fraser replied to RedBearNAaron's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That is strange, perhaps it's due to the length then rather than any specific cable incompatibility. No worries at all, take your time, hope you had a good one! No specific recommendations, I personally just have an Amazon basics 6e 5 metre cable I think. Honestly other than the category and the shielded types there aren't really any differences between them. -

I'm sure the team will be testing it but I'll pass it on just in case. If you're on console it shouldn't need to be added for that though it won't work every time. If you're on PC, you may be able to get that working to an extent by doing this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client

Add UFL Game to Geofilter on Netduma R3 - R2

No worries, I was just a little confused! -

You cannot dictate where players are from that you connect to - you can only influence the server you play on - is the translation not working very well as I've explained this part several times. There is only 1 server in Brazil in one region so everyone in Brazil and neighbouring countries are likely to play on it at some point - you cannot determine who those players are. Have you checked forcing the East Coast of the US to check it's working as expected. -
Add UFL Game to Geofilter on Netduma R3 - R2
Netduma Fraser replied to euphidra's topic in New Games for the Geo-Filter
You asked this earlier in another topic and I mentioned at the time that I passed it on when you originally asked on Monday and that you don't need to ask multiple times. You liked the post so you did see that response. Requesting it 3 times in one week doesn't make it happen any faster, especially asking twice in one day, it also doesn't guarantee it will be added. I understand you want to see it and I have passed it on. -
Did you factory reset after upgrading? If not please do so, the logs shouldn't have that many errors

The server you showed in the screenshot is mislocated, it doesn't mean the ability to force different servers is broken, just a server is showing where it shouldn't be - we can easily fix that. Force a different area of the US e.g. East, then what server/ping do you get? -
That'll be an option in one of the next versions

GeoFilter Not Working After New BO6 Update
Netduma Fraser replied to alecjb12's topic in Call of Duty Support
Must be incorrectly whitelisted then, thanks a lot, I'll have the team sort it on Monday -
You have it active on HVPN? Can you provide a screenshot of how it is setup please?
-
If you're applying it directly on the PC then that is expected behavior. The only way you can have access and apply the VPN is to use it with HybridVPN on the router.
-
Not specifically with the R2 no, not that I am aware of

Netduma Fraser replied to Leonardo Godoy Nogueira's topic in Netduma R3 Support
The purpose of the router isn't to play really far away, it's to play on local servers to get a better ping. That server specifically appears to be mislocated, we can correct that - try to force a different area please and see what server/ping you get please and provide a screenshot. -
GeoFilter Not Working After New BO6 Update
Netduma Fraser replied to alecjb12's topic in Call of Duty Support
It would be tomorrow at the earliest - it's not something I have the capability to do unfortunately -
I think it's been requested before but I think it'd be covered by the existing options for CoD but try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give your mobile the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

Early Access you have to manually update, it's pinned to the top of this sub forum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/

Geofence not working
Netduma Fraser replied to vneck's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
You've already added your device to the Geo-Filter, that's why when you try to add it with a different service it's giving you that message. The way you've added it is fine, just enable filtering and it will work. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing when Ping Heatmap isn't working please? You don't need to update necessarily but can if you wish - it's just a security change nothing else. I would suggest putting the XR WAN IP found on the System Information page in the DMZ on your BGW - this will help you get an Open NAT and also potentially solve any issues where it may be blocking traffic from the router causing some of the things we've seen so far. -
No worries, let us know how you get on when you're able to - I've responded in that other topic but basically, no, however it could be an easy fix, email us and we'll get you sorted either way.

Not specifically and it may be an easy fix but email [email protected] and we'll get you sorted
