You can set the ports instead which will probably be more effective

It does have IPv6 https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/help/hardware-network/connect-network/ipv6-on-xbox-one
-
That's really very hard to say as all connections/setups are different - those stats look good but that also depends on whether you get those results all the time. Being in M.E. you don't have many servers available to choose from, if you're already connecting to them on a consistent basis then the Geo-Filter wouldn't be too much use. I would put it like this, do you actually experience lag caused by local congestion or from being put on far away servers? If the answer is yes then the router can help. If it's just for better hit detection then I can't give you a definitive answer on that as the router fixes tangible things whereas hit detection isn't usually reflected in network statistics.

Could you do screenshots where I can see the whole screen please? This will help me better determine any issues. How to: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102646 You don't appear on the map, the red dot is the centre of the radius, the white will be a server

HYBRID VPN STILL GIVING ME HIGH PING
Netduma Fraser replied to discoberg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I'm not sure what you mean by a special nord config for CoD but using a VPN does make it so your ping is higher. I can't help you with the latter if that's what you're trying to do, we don't support circumventing SBMM specifically. -
Take your sons console out of the DMZ then check again please

Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Okay we'll take a look thanks! -
Yes it has a firewall so you can put the router in the DMZ on your ISP router. Is IPv6 enabled for WAN on the R3?
-
A normal reboot should be fine, it should be fixed in an upcoming update As in using a VPN client on your actual phone - not using HybridVPN? If so that's expected

Slow Wi-Fi issues after updating firmware.. 402

We are aware of that Ping Heatmap issue and looking into it, you'll still be able to connect to it using the Geo-Filter -
Found mislocated servers? Let us know here!
Netduma Fraser replied to Netduma Alex's topic in Call of Duty Support
Thanks for that, what makes you think it's incorrect, the ping you're seeing in game? -
It's your ping to that specific speed test server so it really depends on how far away it is/your routing to it, if you select another is it a high ping? Do you notice it when gaming?

Let us know how you get on!

adding BLACK OPS 6
Netduma Fraser replied to imtired97's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Could you please resync the cloud again and it should be there -
Did you factory reset after the update? There are lots of changes under the hood that would benefit from one and allow it to perform more smoothly

Are they older devices? Some devices don't like the automatic switching that happens when its one band -
Likely a browser/device issue in that instance then as I don't think it even has the ability to turn yellow! Keep us posted on how you get on filtering
-
Yes it's gone - we've updated the entire support site so some articles that we present on the old one may not transition over - it is unlikely that article will come back, it wasn't updated regularly enough.
-
You can yes, it will say set up a new router but you're just setting up adding a router on the app, continue and you'll get through it and will login with the same credentials.
-
It's likely you've missed something like entering the rule name, scroll up & down and check everything has been entered
-
The vancouver one I can't tell why that's happened as I can't see the map but disable Geo-Latency in Settings, that's usually the cause. The map photo looks fine, everything inside being allowed, everything outside being blocked. So you don't get the yellowing on another computer at all?

Did you factory reset after updating? If you split the WiFi bands and connect them to 5GHz manually do they achieve higher speeds? -
Unable to connect directly to ONT Via PPPoE
Netduma Fraser replied to Vaex Darastrix's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I believe we know the cause and it's being fixed currently so should be in one of the next versions -
Ahh well done for figuring it out and thanks for the update!
