  1. Great to hear that, thanks for the update!
  2. Did you reboot or factory reset? You need to hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface/app - use the default credentials to login and complete the wizard, you'll set the credentials going through the wizard
  3. That's fine, can I see the log then please, should be working fine otherwise you wouldn't have a connection. The IP can cache so may be worth rebooting the device itself after applying and checking again
  4. It should be there already, it may just be under a general EA FC service, if not we'll do a cloud update
  5. Ideally you would have every single device connected to the R3, otherwise the router cannot effectively control the network, especially given that you don't have very high speeds, all it would take is a few devices on the Hub watching a video/film, downloading etc to complete wipe any chance you have of counteracting it. Then once you've done that you can re-test bufferbloat to find the best settings as it is likely they will need changing. Prioritize the PC itself then instead and it will prioritize. Once you've done all that you should notice an improvement.
  6. No credentials you use to access the interface/via the app, by default its admin / password but if it's not that or you don't remember them then you'll need to reset.
  7. There will be new firmware which should help, can't say when it will release exactly - we're aware of the delay in connection when booting up (I suspect if you leave a device on standby you'll notice this moreso). I don't have a specific recommendation as I'd always suggest staying on the latest.
  8. That looks all fine, I'll bump Alex
  9. It's the credentials you use to login to the interface on your PC web browser - if you don't recall what it is then you'll need to factory reset and go through the wizard to set new credentials.
  10. You can't disable it per se but a few options: Reboot the router at a different time such as just prior to going to bed or early morning and it should then shift the renewal to happen then instead Disable DHCP entirely after you've given all devices a reserved IP address - any new devices you want to connect you'll have to give them a static/reserved IP on the device itself first #1 would be the easiest option really.
  11. Yeah I get you - the right side of HVPN where you add a rule - the device you want it to apply to and the service
  12. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? How have you setup Congestion Control & SmartBOOST?
  13. I'm having issues with the app myself so there will be some issue I think
  14. What's the ping shown on the Geo-Filter and in game that you're generally getting?
  15. Either some of the blocked servers need to be allowed to filter without Geo-Latency or the game can't be Geo-Filter normally at all which is what Geo-Latency can help with but you'll run that risk of connecting to servers outside your radius.
  16. Thanks for letting us know, I'll pass it on to see if the team can reproduce it.
  17. Can you provide a screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you see when you get a game outside your radius please - disable Geo-Latency if you haven't already as that could be a cause.
  18. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  19. Heatmap just pings servers, it won't be causing you not to filter but it is a very hard server to force - I suspect and it makes sense now as well that they use it for busy periods (launch month) so I would suggest covering a few more servers
  20. You already have it https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  21. What device are you playing on? If it's a PC, what platform are you using?
  22. That won't cause you lag but can you provide a screenshot of the rule you made please?
  23. Provide the log then please - the latter I believe is a browser or perhaps a resolution thing - try an incognito window or reduce the resolution and see if that works
  24. Okay so if you add a new device with the XR1000 selected it won't let you persist with adding it manually, you just get the above?
  25. Let's continue in your topic
