  1. Can you provide the log when this happens please?
  2. Added
  3. On the Fritz interface or on the R3 WAN page. I would remove the PC from the DMZ there as that is a major security risk. The IP you find on the WAN page put that in the exposed host option on the Fritz interface.
  4. If some devices are connected to the AX, it wouldn't be able to control/read what they're doing. If you're referring to having an AP behind the R3 that would work as each device would appear as though it is directly connected to the R3.
  5. What kind of features exactly? ExitLag is essentially a VPN that can give you better routing to servers, that's not within the routers capability unless and existing service like that was integrated and I'm not sure how likely that would be to happen.
  6. Are you using the Geo-Filter? If so, if you disable it does it let you continue?
  7. Couple of reasons - when we released the R3, we were only just starting to reach speeds above 1Gbps and it's only now becoming a bit more common. Also, the cost, releasing hardware that at the time only a handful of people could fully utilize but everyone would have to pay for is a bit unfair. It's likely we'll have hardware like that in the future as it becomes more commonplace.
  8. That's a shame, I still don't see a reason why it wouldn't work, you can accept that or try it really and see. WTFast have a trial for 3 days for example so perhaps worth a try.
  9. Strict Mode was actually introduced a long time ago specifically for Destiny. It's been a long time and not many customers seem to play it anymore so I can't be certain if it's still needed at the moment, try with and if you run into any trouble disable it and see if that is better.
  10. I'm not sure if they'd have even tested that to be honest, would probably be best to go with one that offers a trial and check
  11. No need, they are already aware and I will chase them on it as well.
  12. That is promising, perhaps the proper port information isn't passing through the APs properly, do continue to test and see if that helps
  13. Haha no problem at all and no such thing as a router dummy! It is possible we'll have some proper functionality for it in future so do keep an eye on what we're doing and see if it may be worth a repurchase for you in future.
  14. Yeah I think if it's really that stable it'll just be adding unnecessary ping for you - may be worth it if you force a further away server where the stability isn't as good
  15. It's been requested before but I couldn't say for sure if that would come in future or not. I suspect he thought you meant just connecting the two together - you have to bridge the internet connection like this: https://bestpclab.com/how-to-bridge-ps4-to-pc/
  16. This definitely seems like a NAT/Port issue. Are there any settings on the router that you've made specifically for either device? When did the issue first occur? Remove all the port forwarding rules, keep UPnP enabled, reserve IPs for both devices on the interface as above. Reboot the router, wait 4 minutes then try please. Are both devices connected directly to the router, either via ethernet or WiFi or are they going through a switch, extender etc?
  17. Okay interesting, glad it seems to be working currently, do keep us posted and meanwhile we'll still be looking into the issue.
  18. Could you try the latest version from Early Access and see if it works then please?
  19. I certainly am, I'm basically everywhere! Of course, not at all, I get your confusion as to why you would have expected the R3 USB port to have function considering the XR500 did. The XR range had DumaOS & NG software, there software was all in the settings and included the USB functionality so it was already there when DumaOS was put on it, we've not actually developed any USB functionality ourselves ever (yet). No worries at all, just follow the details in the email.
  20. In the Geo-Filter menu ( ) > Settings
  21. Steady Ping does add ping so that it can absorb spikes/jitter so you have 1 consistent ping to the server and allows you to be more in sync. If your fluctuations really are that low then try without it and see if you get a better experience. We explained it more in a video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IElhhEi70Pg
