  1. Try the latest version though the Early Access one may be better - we're still improving on it overall.
  2. We can help you with things like ping as it's a statistic we can directly influence, hit detection and other subjective things would are very hard to help with as there is no hit detection value if you see what I mean. I can barely see your photos, use this in future: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How is the PS connected, via ethernet or WiFi? Whats the average ping shown on the Geo-Filter/in game? Are you using Armor?
  3. Please check if you already have access before commenting: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  4. Added - you only need to post once and we'll get to you
  5. https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  6. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  7. Not specifically, the closest thing I could think to do would be to change SmartBOOST to Advanced and give the guest devices a super low priority
  8. Okay do the rest and let us know how you get on please
  9. You both already have access Added
  10. Great to hear, thanks for the update!

  12. Have you disabled Geo-Latency and tried again? Disable PingAssist also (set it to 0,0). If you make any changes while on the game you'll need to restart game or wait 10 minutes (in the lobby in the game). If that doesn't work, reboot PC/Console and it should work then. Otherwise, try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager (if on PC) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 4 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better.
  13. The IP you've put there is the LAN IP - the IP you use to access the R2 - the WAN IP is the IP the Movistar gives it, that's what you'd need to put in. Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, then wait 4 minutes, then see if it stops please.
  14. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. Steady Ping won't always be able to work but if possible we will improve upon it.
  15. I've given you Early Access, please see if the version there is more stable for you: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  16. To answer your questions: They're misclassified as peers but has no impact on your ability to filter, it's purely visual - it can/will be corrected via a cloud update. Assuming you're on the XR500 beta it may already be resolved with the cloud, in which case resync. It may do - similar to 1 it may already be resolved with the cloud - otherwise you can allow it manually - if you then provide us with the ID we can allow it. You may need to allow it a few times as they probably use multiple servers.
  17. The best answer is to try it yourself, people have wildly different experiences on each firmware - it is better and there is more to be done, the only way to tell for you is to try it.
  18. Disable Geo-Latency, restart the game and try again please
  19. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  20. Do you have all the ports the game uses added? I don't think those specific ones will open the NAT. Have you checked the NAT status without the Geo-Filter enabled? The Geo can sometimes cause a misreading - disable, reboot the game then check.
  21. Good to hear, keep us posted
  22. It automatically does this
  23. Yes like that but the IP address is incorrect - it should be the IP that it assigns the R2 - check the device section on the movistar to find out what it is
