I'm all for the idea, it would help me and the customers a lot, I can put it forth as a request but couldn't say when/if it might happen. Hopefully this next update is a good middle ground for the time being.

Thanks for that, it seems like it's dying after the cloud syncs for Adblocker. Could you reboot the router, then on Adblocker, add a block rule for this address please: http://api.netduma.com/file/cloud_updates/adblocker/0000000122/NETDUMA_V1/gpg/cloud-00000,0122-adblocker-NETDUMA_V1-gpg.cloud Then see if it happens again. As much as I love a good conspiracy theory there isn't one here. If we don't continue expanding then the company will cease to exist and then there are 0 chances for updates. While I understand not getting features is upsetting it doesn't mean your existing feature set becomes useless. With the R3 for example we control the whole development, that's why updates and features can be provided faster, it's just not the same with these routers. We did a cloud update so those games should be available for prioritization if you resync the cloud.

You shouldn't need to do those things with IPv6 enabled so as you mentioned it sounds like it's not using IPv6 correctly and using IPv4. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and then check again

Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu then check what download speeds you get please

That's Bandwidth Allocation but what are the percentages set to in the Congestion Control panel?

Take the PC out of the DMZ, that is a major security issue, then see if it happens less please

Was the NAT still showing moderate with the Geo-Filter disabled? Have you double checked the IP in the DMZ is still matching the R1? If the R1 or the Asus has rebooted since you did that and you didn't set a static/reserved IP then it's possible the R1 IP has changed and the DMZ is no longer valid

You don't need to type your serial number unless you've forgotten the username/password to enter but as you've just factory reset it and set the login credentials you can just put those in. You're either putting in the wrong credentials when prompted or cancelling the login which then prompts you for the serial or security questions.

Thanks everyone, if someone could provide the logs that has a decent amount of entries before the first mention of dpiclass failing that would be really helpful. Could you all check the DPI isn't disabled in the Congestion Control menu please?

While connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.

You can see that info above as well though of course if it's unidentified then it'll stay that way. It's a good idea but we're less interested in IP addresses and ports really. I haven't used that program but as we inspect the packets specifically I'm not sure if it would help as much, plus we're Wireshark pros at this point!

Have you put the R1 in the DMZ on the Asus? If not please do so then try again

What is the ping you're getting to the game now as shown by the Geo-Filter? I can't recall if the game shows it but if so what ping does it show there?

What are your expected/paid for speeds and what have you entered into the router? What percentages are you using for Congestion Control?
