  1. Gotcha, check on the Xbox itself for the IP it is getting, then check on the Device Manager and find a device that has the same IP address or failing that the same MAC address that the Xbox has, then rename it.
  2. Thanks for that, it is an LA server so you shouldn't be getting that high a ping. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  3. Quick question then, how are you determining you're getting the server in the EU? Is it just because you're seeing it or is auto ping also pinging it?
  4. In theory it should yes but it's not ideal, can you not just connect the Xbox directly to the R3?
  5. Are you using HybridVPN at all?
  6. I suspect it's a mislocated server, if you can provide the ID I can double check. In the meantime, deny the server and keep denying any that have a high ping and you should find lower ping servers again within your radius. Also resync the cloud just in case you're running an old cloud update.
  7. Not a super quick way no unfortunately and not something I can do either. It's unlikely the servers are new, the logs should tell me more.
  8. Untick the default lists for Adblocker on the router to disable them, then disable Adblocker entirely as well. Then reboot the router and see if it happens again please.
  9. No worries, you can find the logs at the bottom of the System Information page. Thanks for these, it's really helpful, I will pass them on. Yeah as you can see they use a lot of servers clustered in one location, I have no idea how many but there is likely quite a few more, it'll be a whole range we've whitelisted. Due to the team being off I'm not sure this will be a quick fix unfortunately but do grab the logs when it happens again after you've resynced and I'll take a look.
  10. Could you provide an uncropped screenshot, like the above, showing what you see when you get one of those high ping games please?
  11. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  12. Thanks for that, I will pass them on to be checked. Could you grab the log the next time it happens please?
  13. I'm all for the idea, it would help me and the customers a lot, I can put it forth as a request but couldn't say when/if it might happen. Hopefully this next update is a good middle ground for the time being.
  14. Do you mean the error continues?
  15. Could you try api.netduma.com as a domain instead please and check after a reboot
  16. Thanks for that, it seems like it's dying after the cloud syncs for Adblocker. Could you reboot the router, then on Adblocker, add a block rule for this address please: http://api.netduma.com/file/cloud_updates/adblocker/0000000122/NETDUMA_V1/gpg/cloud-00000,0122-adblocker-NETDUMA_V1-gpg.cloud Then see if it happens again. As much as I love a good conspiracy theory there isn't one here. If we don't continue expanding then the company will cease to exist and then there are 0 chances for updates. While I understand not getting features is upsetting it doesn't mean your existing feature set becomes useless. With the R3 for example we control the whole development, that's why updates and features can be provided faster, it's just not the same with these routers. We did a cloud update so those games should be available for prioritization if you resync the cloud.
  17. You shouldn't need to do those things with IPv6 enabled so as you mentioned it sounds like it's not using IPv6 correctly and using IPv4. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and then check again
  18. Disable QoS fully from the Congestion Control menu then check what download speeds you get please
  19. That's Bandwidth Allocation but what are the percentages set to in the Congestion Control panel?
  20. Take the PC out of the DMZ, that is a major security issue, then see if it happens less please
