  1. The device showing online/offline on the Device Manager wouldn't impact the connection at all, it's purely a visual representation of what it is seeing, it doesn't force any type of state. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it makes it more consistent for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  2. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  3. Always pinned to the top of the relevant forum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  4. The logs show errors that's not out of the ordinary, it's showing normal background processes, unless you're having a specific issue alongside the entries they can be ignored. I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.
  5. Click the server in the ping window and it will show you more details including the ID
  6. Currently the R3 has more features software wise, depending on your home size you may need better hardware so I'd compare the R3 to the modems they provide and make a decision based on those two aspects
  7. It's been less than 6 months: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56638-new-r2-firmware-dumaos-40258/ Nothing newer than that currently and we don't give out any ETAs. Keep an eye on the Early Access forum for updates
  8. It will still be in the DHCP range, it should just say reserved as well
  9. What is your specific physical setup? Not sure you've ever said, that can have an impact. We also have a new firmware in Early Access worth trying
  10. Sorry I'm not following, you've done everything correctly and it will show the IP there
  11. What I mentioned above applies - networking doesn't work that way, the connection to the game servers is independent of what the ping reports on the console network settings, one doesn't affect the other
  12. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  13. UPnP ideally would take care of it so try it with just that initially. If needed then do port 3074 for one console and 3075 for the other. That's how it works, a single port can only be forwarded to a singular device.
  14. What do you get on speedtest.net?
  15. Presumably because your max throughput on 5GHz is higher than 2.4GHz. Regardless, I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.

This is more of a real world test as you'll be doing your normal traffic (just to an extreme) and finding the percentage that works best.
  17. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  18. Using Ping Assist there is always the potential that you'll get games above that value so would be better to use the radius if you want to force specific servers. It could be mislocated on the map, in which case if you provide the ID for it we can check and move it if necessary.
  19. Are you referring to the network settings test? If so it's just the ping to the server it's using for the test/to authenticate you own the online game service. It doesn't impact your game experience because the servers for the game are completely different
  20. Just the ones you want to prioritize
  21. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
