Duma R3 wont put out a gig tops out at 650
Netduma Fraser replied to khud's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You get the same speed results with 1000Mbps set on the router? On SmartBOOST go to the menu > Settings and actually disable it, then see what speeds you get on speedtest.net please -
Looks like it is then! Thanks for letting us know, it appears then that the latest public versions for XR1000 & XR500 are running the latest DumaOS versions

Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
Good to hear, thanks for the update! -
It would look the same but you'd need to check the System Information page to check the DumaOS version. They haven't made us aware if they have updated it to 3.3

Geo-filter not working for Bo7

I don't see how that can be possible the router wouldn't keep the connection alive, especially through a reboot, perhaps they're using your IP to track it instead -
Spain Server Missing in FC26 Geo-Filter
Netduma Fraser replied to rash's topic in Netduma R3 Support
You won't necessarily see servers unless you're actively connecting to them, if you're covering Spain and forcing it so everything else is blocked can you connect to it? -
No that's a public version, I don't believe it has DumaOS 3.3 like the beta

Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
What do you mean it's taking too long to switch regions? If you restart the game the connections should be severed so they'll then take account of your new settings, otherwise you could restart the Xbox -

Can you provide a screenshot of Ping Optimizer > Advanced and the SmartBOOST page please? -
In some cases it can be that easy, that's why you'll often see day 1 support for major games, in this case it isn't as easy. Specifically regarding the Oklahoma server issue which is most of the problem, this needs a dev input to resolve and hence why its taking longer than usual.

Did you put any details into the R3 to get the internet to work specifically? -
Thank you very much, we do appreciate it, I'll pass it on!

server blackops 7 non disponibili su r3
Netduma Fraser replied to Rusher1106's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely - including the game client from the System Tray - important! Remove device from the Geo-Filter If you're on PC then give it the PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It should work better then. We're also working on a cloud update to improve filtering with the game. -
Battlefield 6 Beta Game mode (boost, QOS) not working
Netduma Fraser replied to Redflame's topic in EE WiFi Enhancer support
That's all correct yes well done! If you have moderate NAT when you were using the EE hub directly then it is possible they're using a CG-NAT in which case it won't be possible to get an Open NAT. As you were using the Geo-Filter though it's possible that is blocking the server used to test NAT. Disable the Geo-Filter, reboot the game then check again and see if it is open. So yes we do have an in-built update system that will show on the interface/app when there is a new one available and you can just do it from there. That's really great to hear, thanks for the update, glad you're having a better experience this time around. -
Geo-filter not working for Bo7
Netduma Fraser replied to Dave ov Aloon's topic in Call of Duty Support
Do the console workaround to add it to the Geo-Filter as a console, does it work better then? -
Ping Heatmap just shows you what servers the game has, it's not a guarantee that every server you see is connectable. If they're close to you then I should think you would be able to connect to them yes.

You don't need the rule, it was for reserving bandwidth on SmartBOOST. TCP & UDP. SmartBOOST should still be enabled if you want prioritization

Block Internet not working!
Netduma Fraser replied to TinyBubu's topic in Telstra Internet Optimiser support
Quite possibly yes, I did say its possible you would lose access to DumaOS after the reset though -
Black ops7 Servers Not Showing in Geo-Filtering (XR1000) + Error
Netduma Fraser replied to rash's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Could well be related, I'll try to get the team to update it tomorrow -
If it's happening on the main screen then there will definitely be something getting blocked that needs to be allowed - have you added any servers to your denied list? If so, remove them then see if you get the same issue please. Otherwise check for the blocked icon on the main when you try to get through the main menu and add it to your allow list. You may need to do it a few times to get all the servers but then it should be fine. If you pass on the IDs of those servers too we can get them allowed.
