  1. Please provide the logs when it happens again
  2. What do you mean by the connection gets bad exactly? Do you have the same experience on the Early Access firmware? We would always suggest upgrading to the latest available for the best stability.
  3. Can you provide a screenshot please? Where approximately are you located and what location are you using for the server? What do you mean it won't let you add the PS5 to HybridVPN? - Do you mean it's greyed out once you add it? If so that is expected and it will apply to the console.
  4. Yes that's correct. Don't reboot the router with the VPN enabled and it shouldn't happen again
  5. Will need more information than that, can you provide a screenshot of how you've setup the VPN please? Is it just the PS5 or all devices?
  6. That's good to hear, much better!
  7. Are other devices connected via ethernet getting the same issue? Do you get the same issue plugging it into the different LAN ports? Are the WiFi devices definitely connected to the R3 WiFi? Can you provide a picture of how the back of the router looks with all the cables in it please?
  8. Are you on this update or the Early Access .645 version? If this one, does the .645 version work better? Yes it can be a little unreliable which we're working on
  9. Glad to hear you got it sorted. By playing up do you mean the Device Manager is reporting it offline? If so, unless there is active traffic devices can appear offline even if they're on. If the TV actually has internet and is working then there is nothing to worry about and it would switch to online during active use.
  10. You can set it up through the wizard yes. You need to be connected to the R3 WiFi to continue in the app/with the Setup Wizard, it doesn't matter that it doesn't have internet, you still need to connect to it and complete the wizard. Without completing the wizard you won't get internet access.
  11. Press the button once and then you have two minutes to set another device into WPS pairing mode, does it work then?
  12. You don't need access to the internet to complete the setup wizard so it can be completed even in that situation. Are you saying you've not yet accessed the wizard or you've accessed it but when it tries to connect you're not getting internet? If the latter then you can click advanced then skip and complete the rest of the wizard to get to the interface. Then reboot the VM hub, wait 2 minutes, reboot the R3 from the interface 3 dots top right of the screen wait 4 minutes then see if you have internet
  13. So you've successfully completed the Setup Wizard? Did the wizard show it was getting internet at the time? Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN for a connection? - If so did you enter this in?
  14. I can't determine that at the moment but it certainly wouldn't hurt but before that while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please.
  15. Do you have a PC you can connect via ethernet to the router with? Are you connected to the R2 WiFi when trying to access?
  16. That doesn't really make any sense - take the VM out of modem mode, set the XR with a static/reserved IP on the VM, then set that in the DMZ - that might resolve it anyway as I find sometimes the modem mode implementation isn't as good as it should be and the DMZ works better. Then reboot the XR, verify you still get internet, check to see if you get the same issue, if you do then disable DHCP on the XR again and check
  17. If something on Windows is needed I'll specify, otherwise assume we're talking about router settings. If you're not sure just ask as well.
  18. I can't recall, is there an option to disable DPI where you disable QoS also? (Might be in a later version of 3.0) If it is a cloud problem then it would require a firmware update to get it working on the newer cloud system
  19. Try with http://192.168.77.1 and see if you can access that way please
  20. Good to hear, thanks for the update!
  21. What speeds do you get via ethernet? Prior to enabling Smart Connect where you connecting to 2.4 or 5GHz for these tests? If you still have devices connected to the box they can take bandwidth away from the XR.
  22. The router wasn't getting internet or the devices weren't? Disabling DHCP wouldn't affect the router getting internet but it would affect devices if they weren't given a reserved IP. DHCP hands out IPs to devices so with this disabled no devices get an IP address and therefore no internet so it's a must that they have a static/reserved IP set before disabling DHCP. Devices after that that you want to connect you'd need to set a static IP on the device itself first, then when connected you can set it on the router.
  23. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
