  1. Make sure you set the static/reserved IPs outside the range as well, just changing the range won't do anything without doing that step too
  2. Go here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/ and install the firmware from the topic posted there
  3. In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 4 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  4. No you don't need to do that, just reboot the XR, wait 4 minutes then see if it is any better
  5. I think you got the logs from in settings, could you get it from the System Information page instead please and after it happens, before a reboot/reset
  6. The IP address of the XR the linksys has given it is 192.168.1.230 all you need to do is put that number in for the XR in DHCP reservations
  7. I'm wanting to ascertain when you got the logs - if you got them after a reboot or factory reset they won't have any useful information in. I need them after the issue but prior to a reboot or reset
  8. DHCP Reservations, that's what you want, you should be able to do it from there now following the previous instructions
  9. Did you reboot before getting these logs? Did you get the logs directly after the issue happened?
  10. Okay no worries, if you could grab the logs when it next happens please, hopefully there will be some information there about it
  11. Local network now please. We don't do that kind of support as we're too small.
  12. You need to setup Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced to prevent that happening. Try 80% for download & upload while set to Always and try again.
  13. Click edit on it on that first picture and provide a screenshot. On the second, click connectivity and then a screenshot please.
  14. How do you have your console connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
  15. You don't need to change your IP address, it'll have a DHCP reservation feature on there - take a screenshot of the interface and I can probably direct you. The Linksys will have its own LAN IP address, this is the IP you use to access it. For example 192.168.0.1. The Linksys will have a WAN IP address, this is the IP given to the Linksys from the internet side of the router - if you don't have another router connected to this side it would be the same as your public IP. Similarly, the XR will have its own LAN IP address, in this case it is 192.168.1.1, this is the IP you use to access the XR. It will be different to your Linksys. Again, the XR will have its own WAN IP address, in this case because the Linksys is on the internet side of the XR the WAN IP won't be your public IP but a local (LAN) IP that the Linksys has given it. For example 192.168.0.50. What I am asking is for you on the Linksys to take the XR WAN IP (which is the local IP the Linksys has given it) and make that static/reserved, this will ensure that IP doesn't change.
  16. Yes it does matter, filtering has to be enabled because all the settings are related to how the Geo-Filter filters, disable filtering and those options don't matter.
  17. The ONT does have WiFi though correct? If so then you should be able to access its interface to enable bridge mode or the DMZ. Do you not have any other devices in your home that connect to the internet? If you do what do they connect to? That's good. That's good. 100% wouldn't be active at all, I'd suggest starting at 70% for download & upload and see how you get on. Apologies, thought you were on DumaOS 4. For the Geo-Filter try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works better. From what you said you're getting a high ping but not using any of the features really to prevent it.
  18. Can confirm you should experience this sooner than you may think "This allows us to categorise and prioritise traffic which hasn't yet been added to our DPI database." so while still being a little cryptic, if you play "Best Game Ever: Return of the Game" and we haven't tested it then regardless in this update it should show as gaming when you are playing so it will be prioritized no matter what. Keep an eye out.
