  1. We did a cloud update recently so that could be the cause - are you seeing anything on the map when it happens?
  2. I suspect the change in LAN IP working was more likely that the system reloaded itself, I imagine if you change it back it will work again. As a test, if you tell the router your speeds are 1000/1000 and run a test what results do you get?
  3. This could be due to crossplay, we don't see any servers on the map for it for some reason - presumably if you disable the Geo-Filter it works fine?
  4. I don't think we've tested it but I'll add it to the list for the team to look at
  5. It will not be available, it was closed beta, you'll get a more up to date version soon
  6. Great to hear that! So bufferbloat/lag occurs when your connection speeds are being used fully - this happens when doing a download for example and for lower speeds like yours this can happen more often even if a download isn't happening. By reducing your speeds by 20% in this case it prevents your full speeds being used and thus prevents the bufferbloat/lag from occurring.
  7. Are you using PPPoE, VLAN, or DHCP Identifiers? What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  8. Best to email us [email protected] for order queries but I can confirm we do have your order. It should ship on Monday, though we can't guarantee delivery by Xmas as it would ship on Monday.
  9. You'll need to do it with all devices connected
  10. Here is a guide on how to use the Geo-Filter: https://support.netduma.com/docs/dumaos-3/geo-filter/ They're clamping down on people using VPNs so you may not get those servers when using one.
  11. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN or DHCP identifiers to get a connection by any chance?
  12. Set to 100% is fine and you can still do that on the R3. Yeah if you would have disabled it like that nothing on that page would have worked. I can pass it along. The whole point of SmartBOOST though and the upcoming features is that you don't need to tweak as much.
  13. I don't think we provide any additional information other than how a feature works for the user really. It'll be out sooner than you think!
  14. The latest available non Early Access version is .290, there will be a new update soon though
  15. Can you provide a screenshot of the DHCP settings/reservations please?
  16. The point of the feature is to prevent lag like the situation you mentioned, it does this by preventing your connection being saturated by lowering your speeds. Set it to 70% for download/upload and see if the issue occurs.
  17. The router is to a certain extent a personal thing, settings that work for one person may not work for another. I can give you general advice but it would be just that, general. It may not work very well for you that way. It is better to look through the guides and know how it works so that you can configure it yourself - it's better to learn about it rather than be told so you know how to tweak it. I don't speak French and so I wouldn't know what a good translation sounds like.
  18. How do you have the QoS page setup?
  19. How did you disable QoS on it in that scenario?
  20. I really can't give you a satisfying answer, it depends how popular the game is, whether we need to test in addition to the captures, the workload of the person who does it etc. It can lag behind, I do my best to nudge along to keep it ticking.
  21. Barring any major issues you will see it very soon. I will add those to our request lists. More so this but doesn't ask and does it automatically.
