Some devices don't like that band, is it on every device or older devices? -
NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540

Not sure when it would be but we'll likely get it out to Early Access as soon as we're confident it's performing well -
High packet loss experienced on Valorant
Netduma Fraser replied to theblureffect's topic in Netduma R3 Support
I don't have easy access to the information, also in some cases the actual game server IP may not be used to generate that information so wouldn't necessarily be a reliable source. Yes that's also another method you could use. -
NEW R3 FIRMWARE - DumaOS 4.0.540

Once ACC is out you shouldn't need to worry about fine tuning this anymore, it should take care of it for you, the team is working hard on that currently You can do that with the Polygon mode essentially. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game? Are you leaving your gaming device in an instant on/standby mode. -
R3 loses ppoe connection every 24 hrs
Netduma Fraser replied to extremeborg's topic in Netduma R3 Support
That won't be the cause but thank you. This shouldn't be the cause either but could you disable telemetry in Troubleshooting please and see if it continues? The team are actively looking into the issue, if they need extra information I'll let you know. -
Geo-Filter Not Working
Netduma Fraser replied to TitaayZ's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Use the DumaOS App on mobile and go to the Geo-Filter, check if there is a device added already and if so delete it. Otherwise a factory reset should almost certainly clear it. -
High packet loss experienced on Valorant
Netduma Fraser replied to theblureffect's topic in Netduma R3 Support
So a couple of things, without knowing how many packets are being sent during a game/what the packet loss percentage is I couldn't say if that number is super high, super low or anywhere in between. I would suggest looking at anything that has changed recently such as installing one of those tracker apps for the game or changing your physical network setup/settings. We don't have the IPs to hand but if you provide us some of the IDs you see for the server on the Geo-Filter I can give you the IPs. -
I responded to your other topic in regards to this

The Geo-Filter is a staple feature of DumaOS, not sure what you mean? You can return within 30 days from the day it was delivered to you Use the steps above to make the PC a console, then you don't need to select a game. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game?

qos not working RX1000V2 NO UPLOAD QoS
Netduma Fraser replied to ifell's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Are they using PPPoE/IPv6? If so that will be why. It would be best to have the ISP modem/router handle this and put the XR into its DMZ and QoS should then function as expected. -
For now adjust Congestion Control manually and you can try it again later and it may work

That was probably for the R3 or referring to a cloud update for the R2. I don't have an ETA on any R2 firmware currently. I think the focus right now is on the BI/ACC feature and then hopefully an R2 firmware can be done

Firefox DNS over HTTPS bypasses DUMA ADBLOCK
Netduma Fraser replied to pmg's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Yeah that makes sense. It is something that has been requested and I've also put it on the list for DumaOS 4 requests. I couldn't say when/if it might be included unfortunately -

Netduma Fraser replied to Holz's topic in Call of Duty Support
I don't know if that's the WAN IP or not, does it match the WAN IP on the System Information page? You've added it with the Call of Duty service, not the Games Console one, switch to the Games Console service and it will prioritize. -

Never only applies to when the Congestion Control percentages will trigger, the entering the speeds is separate. Great to hear that, thanks for the update! -
Ping heat map not showing servers

Good to hear, thanks for the update - we need to update the Call of Duty service so keep it that way for now, it will filter in the same way -

Can you provide a screenshot of how the device is added to prio please? Was it the WAN IP of the router you put in the DMZ on the Nokia? -
Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works please. No other device allows you to Geo-Filter.
