  2. Ah I see, I can't say I've ever come across this situation before but I would think it would be disabled/removed upon a reset in this case
  3. Check the IP on the PS5 itself, check the device you think it is on the Device Manager, do the IPs match? What service are you adding the console with? Testing bufferbloat over WiFi is always going to be hit or miss, you're trying to create a constant from a method of connection that fluctuates. Test bufferbloat over a wired device if possible using the steps I provided and then once you've got those settings leave them as is. You don't need to test bufferbloat constantly. Bufferbloat also only occurs when your network is saturated which cannot happen when Congestion Control is active. Ignore the speed test on the router, it rarely ever shows the correct speed, as long as you get expected speeds via a wired speed test on speedtest.net then you're good. How have you set the main router to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  4. No I wouldn't suggest doing that at this stage. If when you can't access properly it shows you a similar screen with recovery options you can upgrade/downgrade then. It won't be bricked. Reboot/keep accessing until you get to that recovery screen then try upgrading to this firmware first, then if successful upgrade to the one from this topic. DumaOS-R3-4.0.402.sig Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload. Then see if it shows the firmware change.
  5. No it should stay installed/enabled, as you control this via My Telstra on the website a physical reset wouldn't remove it, or if it did then it will re-enable once it's connected back to the internet and determined you have it enabled.

  7. If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R3 (found in Settings > WAN) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R3 and enable remote support in Settings > Troubleshooting. Then post back here from a device connected to the R3 when you've done that and I'll try to get a dev to have a look tomorrow. If you're able to make it load to enable remote support or in the recovery options that is. It doesn't look like you have IPv6 either if you're posting from a device connected to the router so you can ignore that. Also the WAN IP is also the same IP you would see the ISP modem/router give it on its interface.
  8. Hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and it should work then
  9. If you checked before signing in it will say that, you should be able to download now you're signed in What do you mean exactly, what happens when you try to upgrade? Factory reset, wait 4 minutes then try upgrading please and see if it works
  10. If you need to do a reset again next time try hold the reset button in the back of the for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it clears everything properly that time
  11. There literally isn't anything else that could be limiting you, put the device in the DMZ on the R1 and check. If that doesn't work there is no reason I can see for that behavior
  12. Okay so make sure you're on the previous version then allow the router to upgrade you instead and see if you get the same issue please
  13. Make sure you factory reset if you haven't already, it's a big change from the previous version Reboot then try, if that doesn't work then factory reset then try again. Otherwise, what is the issue when trying to upgrade?
  14. This firmware is for the Netduma R3 only, it sounds like you're trying to do it for a Netgear router which isn't possible
  15. When you upgrade are you usually using the in built way to do so or doing it manually?
  16. Is it working with QoS completely disabled?
  17. There is only 1 DumaOS 4 firmware available for the R2 currently

  20. Use the recovery to downgrade back to the previous version please, are you able to get it stable then?
  21. Remove the DMZ setting you've done on the EE router then double check first. UPnP on both routers doesn't matter that's fine. If you still get the issue then you'd port forward the ports the game uses, I've made them into 2 simple rules for you: TCP/UDP: Source (3074) - 4380 (Destination) Source (27000) - 27037 (Destination)
