You cannot set a ping on the Geo-Filter and expect to get a game at that ping value unless you know and have connected to games before where you've had that ping or lower - have you had that happen before? Also keep in mind due to the time of year servers will be under more strain and so the ping can rise. Can you provide a screenshot of how you have the Geo-Filter page please?

First thing to check if it's never happened before and the only thing that has changed is the DNS then disable nextdns and then check. If it still doesn't work then disable the Geo-Filter, does it work then?

You can post them here that's fine

r3 keeps disconecting daily threw the night

It is generally that color scheme, should be able to see the circle lines within it though, I can't tell if that's there or not from your photo but won't affect functionality. -

The internal tool has been fixed so we can fix the cloud issue, I'm hoping it'll be done within the next few days -

I cannot know if you have set up everything correctly, that's what I have to determine. Where are you measuring these pings exactly? If you don't want to troubleshoot that's fine but I can't give you an estimate or plans for something like an issue when I cannot be sure if said issue is legitimate or not. -
When you say system error do you actually mean you are getting an error or do you just mean it isn't working? An error is good, it's a message/information about what is happening and I can use that, if that's not happening then just say it's not working still. Could you attempt to enable RGB using the DumaOS mobile app please and see if it works then?

@DARKNESS Right logic but I think you're referring to the LAN IP for the XR and we want the WAN IP so it does have to be set within the given DHCP range of the Linksys. @ADhillon please let me know the answer to the below. Also following the above logic, access the Linksys interface and find where it shows listed devices, you should see the XR1000 listed there. If you can reserve/set a static IP for it there then go ahead and do that. If not you should be able to find the option in LAN or DHCP settings, then give it the IP it's already showing you on the device list and save. Then see if the issue happens again.

You'll need to provide some more specific information, I can't troubleshoot the issues otherwise, such as: What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? -

I've given you Early Access, you can try the new one there https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/ -
Thanks for that, this may sound silly but could you disable Geo-Latency on the Geo-Filter and see if it happens again please? If it does then happen again disable SmartBOOST fully from the menu then monitor, if it happens still then please grab the log in this way again please.

GeoFilter Not Working After New BO6 Update
Netduma Fraser replied to alecjb12's topic in Call of Duty Support
It's a cloud issue, we're on it -
As long as you set the speeds you expect it won't be affecting you at all - it's like driving to two destinations, one destination is close so it only takes you 5 minutes to get there, the other is further away, it takes you 20 minutes. It doesn't mean your car is slow or under performing, it just means the distance is longer. It could change at any time, I don't have that information to give you, we use measurementlabs for the test, it will decide at the time.

It's probably Steady Ping, disable it then try again
-
If you can't get in then yeah, this address http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt should give you access to the logs
-
I've given you Early Access, please upgrade to that firmware and see if it helps https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
Okay that's fine then, spending time trying to determine why the search ping starts higher when you get a game lower than that has no real benefits as it's not your actual ping
-
Nothing jumps out at me there, could you get the logs before you reboot next time? Some information may have been lost
-
Okay please do a factory reset - hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 4 minutes before accessing the interface, then see if it happens again please. If it does please get the logs from here (it should allow you to access this) http://192.168.77.1/cgi-bin/logs.txt

Are you thinking we control the available servers? We don't, we're a router, we have nothing to do with the servers the game uses, that's up to the developers/publishers of the game - the router simply shows you the servers that are available and what you can connect to. If you have an issue with the amount of servers the game has then that is something you'd have to complain to them about. I can't know if you've done everything or not, you've had the router a month so there are certainly different things that could have been missed or that need to be done etc, I have to exhaust all possibilities. It may well be a bug, I've seen a small handful of people that have had it but it has come back after awhile. Okay so, if you've tried a different outlet with our power cable, please try with a different power cable just to be certain it isn't a power issue.

If it was fine then nothing changed then almost certainly it's due to the holidays - the usual peak time congestion you'd get with your ISP will become more prevalent over longer periods of time as people take time off for the holidays, likewise server load for the games you play will increase as well and so that could be it. Play direct to your ONT, you'll have no devices on your network that could affect you so it'd just be the ISP and game that are factors, if you experience the same issue then one of them will be the cause. If it's the game the only thing you can do is force servers you wouldn't normally, their ping may be higher but it may also be more stable.

What is the error you're seeing exactly?
