  1. I know there was a firmware early on where it didn't save but that was resolved a while ago so should be fine now. Yes please then we can see if it has regressed
  2. Ping Optimizer just changes the Congestion Control values which can be done manually so the only thing it would indicate is that you probably need to re-adjust those percentages
  3. No it won't be related to that at all. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup SmartBOOST? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
  4. VLAN is available in Settings > WAN > Advanced do you see it there?
  5. On the central part it's on activities, switch it to Devices as you have done the device and then you should see it prioritizing.
  6. It doesn't necessarily mean that is the cause of your issues, switch the table view off and see what they look like. What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g. XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the XR? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup Congestion Control? How have you setup Traffic Prioritization? What game are you playing? What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi? How have you setup the Geo-Filter? Where are you measuring the packet loss? It's way too early for me to come to that determination yet.
  7. Added but it has been removed temporarily. I'd suggest making a topic about your issues and we can help you there.
  8. You are on an old firmware, upgrade and see if that is better https://forum.netduma.com/topic/58012-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540/
  9. Is the console just on there or is it actually playing?
  10. Are you encountering any issues with these values? Looks to me like if you're not and they're constantly reading like that that it is a visual error, potentially due to the accessibility table format. It may show better without that option enabled. We don't sell that router, you'd have to consult whoever you bought it from.
  11. Well done on getting it resolved and thanks for the update/solution! You should be allowed to change VLAN when on the main interface, what happens exactly when you try that?
  12. Haven't heard anything but I've chased them, if you try the above can you filter?
  13. You may just be on an old version, could you upgrade to this: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ and when you're on the final version could you factory reset then monitor and see how you get on please?
  14. Select the manual option then see how you get on
  15. You can kind of do this, go to SmartBOOST > Menu > Settings, switch to Advanced. Click Add, search for Downloads, select the ones that apply. Once done click the pencil icon for them and give them the value of 1 so they're treated the lowest. Then you can add anything else and give them a higher number to prioritize them.
  16. So in DHCP > Advanced disable DHCP, apply, reboot, wait 4 minutes then monitor
  17. Potentially DHCP again, did you disable DHCP as above?
  18. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing there when it doesn't appear to be prioritizing please?
  19. If you click ok on the error can you use it as normal or does it reappear straight away?
  20. We need to update the Call of Duty service. Prioritize the device itself and it will prioritize the game
  21. Do you have an Anti-virus/firewall installed on your PC? If so it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.77.1/ as a trusted site and then check please. A browser based Adblocker could also be blocking it. Also make sure you're accessing via HTTP not HTTPS.
  22. Change it then reboot it from the interface and then try again please
  23. Here you are: 4.221.228.183 99.83.193.69 4.221.210.86 13.248.235.206
