almost a year without an update on this router? any reason?

I USED TO HAVE 10 PING ON WARZONE 2.0 WITH MY OLD ROUTER... WHEN I GOT THE NETDUMA R3 MY PING WENT UP. HOW DO I MAKE IT GO BACK DOWN?

I have diligently followed all of the steps you provided, yet unfortunately, I have not achieved the desired results. Initially, I considered returning the router; however, after reviewing numerous past videos demonstrating its functionality for other users, I suspect this may be a firmware issue that might have been overlooked. I kindly request that your team investigates the firmware and considers implementing an update to address this problem in the near future. In the meantime, I plan to reconnect my previous router until a solution is available.Thank you for your assistance, and I genuinely appreciate the time you dedicated to helping me.

i went ahead and still no connection with in the filter. I want to try the old fireware maybe something happened in the update

i restart my pc, and my xbox.. then i open up the filters adjust them etc.. wait for 2 minutes and then i load up the games

i made the pc a console and it still asks me for a game to find. even when i use my ps5 or xbox alone to look for a game in the filter, it looks for it outside

Netduma R1 Netduma R2 doesnt have filters? by the way what is the return policy ?

what other device router would u recommend seem like this one isn't do it it for for me. Im probably going to return this and find something else. as you can see it is still not filtering it anything is just connecting to random server instead of the ones in the filter

what do i do with this? on or off
