Great to hear that, thanks for the update!

Never heard of this happening so far and I don't see why it would make a difference whatsoever as you're accessing the app locally, uninstall the app and then reinstall it, does it work then?
-
Google isn't local either really but yes it does look stable there, you can put their DNS in as well, it may help. You don't need to put the game as well but you can do if you wish. If you have an open NAT already it's unlikely to help
-
Yeah sorry! Let us know if that works
-
Use a local website, not the cod website - it won't be the same as pinging the game server either. What do you get with a local site like a news site?
-
It's not really something that can be fixed as it's their choice to prevent pinging but yeah hopefully we can make it more reliable
-
It's somehow got itself into a weird state, I think the only thing to be done is a factory reset as there is no other way to clear it
-
Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it - that is what has happened here. I have checked the server though and it is in the correct place so deny that server so you don't play on that one again, keep doing that for any bad servers and you'll end up with better servers to connect to.
-
You can also go down, doesn't have to be up, I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.

It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail. Then because it's unable to determine the true ping it can't know what value it needs to apply with Steady Ping. We're working on a new ping method that may help but I don't have an ETA for this.

Where are you checking the IPv6 status exactly? I've given you Early Access, please see if that version works better for you https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
-
Which IPv6 option are you using on the XR? I think it will happen with VLAN more so than without
-
That looks fine, have you made any static routes or internet rules? Perhaps a HybridVPN rule etc?
-
Did you go straight to 90% or did you try 70% and determine a higher value was better? What is the actual ping you're getting to the game though? It won't always be able to stabilize the server

R3 loses ppoe connection every 24 hrs

It will require a firmware fix, they're working on the next version currently -
What firmware version are you on?

It's not really something we can fix as it isn't actually really an issue, it's the people that control the game servers that specifically prevented them being pinged. We are working on a ping method though that we hope may allow it to work more often

Okay great do keep us posted! -
Thanks for that, is UPnP showing that port as being open at the time?
-
Disable filtering but keep it active so you can see the map, do you see anything allowed that isn't the game server when you get a BR game?

They're different servers, you can see that on the name, it's possible the florence one is mislocated, if you provide the ID for it we can take a look

That is the best way to do it! In terms of firmware, in AP mode it doesn't really matter. There is a beta for the XR1000 but it has been temporarily removed for an issue but it won't see any more feature updates.
