  1. I believe it's going to be in the next cloud update
  2. It's just log spam, it's not causing any problems but yes we will sort it
  3. You can keep two different areas covered that's fine, make sure you disable Geo-Latency, reboot the game then try again
  4. We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed test isn't 100% reliable at the moment, in the meantime set the speeds manually and adjust Congestion Control to achieve the same effects
  5. Looks like you've not told HVPN you're using Wireguard and still have it set to OpenVPN
  6. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  7. Look for a server that gets blocked when this happens, it may be the same one every time and may actually be an authentication server that we need to whitelist. Add it to your allow list, see if it stops the issue and still connects you to the servers you want
  8. Added You already have access
  9. I can't read what the message says but check in system information if it has the exact time correct - you may need to toggle off/on daylight savings
  10. It's connected to a server there in that screenshot, that is the game host - pinging is separate from being able to connect to the server. Game servers reject pings so we try to be clever to counteract it but it doesn't always work to provide a ping
  11. Pretty sure that went out already, so should be working now
  12. It works absolutely fine without creating an encrypted tunnel between you and a server. That's absolutely fine, email [email protected] and we'll provide the instructions to do so
  13. When you've finished a match makes more sense if the server switches to one outside your radius, it will always do that if that happens, best to always re-search when using the Geo-Filter. If you use the radius instead of the polygon (so you'll have to include at least one more server to cover them) does it still occur?
  14. I take it by that it made no difference whatsoever? If so I think it will be due to using the VPN then, you don't need the VPN to force locations, the Geo-Filter is enough
  15. Okay just to clarify after re-reading a bit: You don't have an issue connecting to a server with your normal radius when searching matchmaking is that right? It only seems to occur when you've finished one match and let it automatically try and put you into another match, is that right?
  16. What I mean is this could be the server you're connecting to when in a game because you've allowed it and so it will always be able to be connected to regardless of your settings. It is usually an authentication server in that area but it's possible you've allowed a mislocated server that is actually the game server. Could you provide the ID of the server you've allowed so I can check it please?
  17. No it doesn't matter which protocol you use. It is seeing a server you have manually allowed, is that the server it's trying to connect you to in game?
  18. That would be what the logs seem to indicate, it does initiate a connection and receive a response and then fails at the authentication, let us know if the new credentials work
  19. It looks like it is trying to ping so it can see a server, zoom out all the way, do you see a server then?
  20. Make a new topic and provide your config file and we can take a look
  21. As you're creating an encrypted tunnel between you and the VPN server the Geo-Filter can have trouble filtering. However, sitting in the menu isn't you actually playing so search for a game and you may see servers appear
  22. I think you'd need to go back to your VPN provider and get their assistance, you're using the VPN in a way we wouldn't recommend especially when there is a VPN client on the router itself
