  1. It's been less than 6 months: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/56638-new-r2-firmware-dumaos-40258/ Nothing newer than that currently and we don't give out any ETAs. Keep an eye on the Early Access forum for updates
  2. It will still be in the DHCP range, it should just say reserved as well
  3. What is your specific physical setup? Not sure you've ever said, that can have an impact. We also have a new firmware in Early Access worth trying
  4. Sorry I'm not following, you've done everything correctly and it will show the IP there
  5. What I mentioned above applies - networking doesn't work that way, the connection to the game servers is independent of what the ping reports on the console network settings, one doesn't affect the other
  6. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it resolves the issue for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  7. UPnP ideally would take care of it so try it with just that initially. If needed then do port 3074 for one console and 3075 for the other. That's how it works, a single port can only be forwarded to a singular device.
  8. What do you get on speedtest.net?
  9. Presumably because your max throughput on 5GHz is higher than 2.4GHz. Regardless, I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.

  12. Using Ping Assist there is always the potential that you'll get games above that value so would be better to use the radius if you want to force specific servers. It could be mislocated on the map, in which case if you provide the ID for it we can check and move it if necessary.
  13. Are you referring to the network settings test? If so it's just the ping to the server it's using for the test/to authenticate you own the online game service. It doesn't impact your game experience because the servers for the game are completely different
  14. Just the ones you want to prioritize
  15. You already have access https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  16. You can do that if you wish but it would be better to have the R3 control all the devices in your home for the best experience. You'd have to connect to the R3 via WiFi or ethernet to use the app/access the interface, anything connected to the Panoramic wouldn't be able to access it.

  18. Is it the WAN IP of the R3 you have in the Huawei DMZ?
  19. I'm still seeing you have IPv6 enabled but if you could grab the log again when it happens please
  20. You don't need both really, disable port forwarding, does it work more consistently then? Are you adding the device to the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game or prior to booting the console?
