  2. The DNS issue should be fixed in the next firmware. Can you set DNS manually on the client machine and check if it occurs again?
  3. Looking at those MACs, as Fraser said, it's likely a TV or a printer.
  4. I don't see why you won't be able to upgrade straight to the beta firmware. Though due to a known bug with Traffic Prio after an upgrade, you'll need to reset it after the upgrade. The R2 had gotten itself into a very strange state, each time you tried to upgrade it, it would basically crash and reboot itself. It should all be good to go now though!
  5. OK, I think it might be best to factory reset the XR, particularly as you've got a new ISP and it's good to set it up fresh again with the new line. Once you've done that, I suspect these errors will also stop occuring.
  6. OK thank you, we are aware of this issue and are working to replicate it internally. A short-term solution for you could be to purchase a cheap router to function as a PPPoE client. Then you can get rid of the C3000Z. In the meantime, we'll get to fixing this issue for the next firmware
  7. OK interesting, thanks for letting us know. We've actually got a new version of the app coming out soon and the graphs were working great in testing, so hopefully that should resolve the issue for you.
  8. Right, it was a bit a battle but I've manually reinstalled the firmware. You'll have to run through the setup wizard again, but after that you should be able to upgrade to whatever firmware you want without problem.

  14. Welcome to the forum! That's interesting, do you still have the same reduced speeds if you put the C3000Z back in place between the XR1000 and the ONT? Can you then configure PPPoE on the C3000Z instead and connect the XR1000 to it via DHCP?
  15. Are you able to test some other games and see if you still experience issues adding/communicating with friends? That way we know if the issue is unique to CoD or if it's something more generic that's wrong with your Geo-filter.
  16. Since restarting everything, can you please clear your browser's cache and reload the page? Do you still have the same problem?
  17. Do you ever see this issue in any other games? Have you ever used Discord and experienced a similar issue for example?
  18. I don't appear to be able to access your R2 yet, were you able to enable remote access? If so, did you post here afterwards from a device that's connected to the R2?
  19. Oh my apologies, you're using a NETGEAR router right? I meant 192.168.1.1.
  20. Are you playing on PC or on Console? Can you try disabling all rules in Traffic Prio, then add a new rule for the device you're playing on and select 'Games Console' as the service. Play a few games like that and see if the same problem happens.
  21. How are you playing with 20 people? In a private lobby for example?
  22. Could you try clicking the three-line menu in 'Adblock lists' and click Resync Cloud. Can you then download a log file from System Information -> Logs and send it over to us?

  24. In theory there shouldn't be an issue with it, but to ensure all traffic is kept together I'd suggest disabling one or the other.
