  1. Right OK, we'll have to do some more testing internally. The only difference I can think of is that we were playing on PC and you're on console, so we'll hook up an xbox and try again. I'll update you here with our findings.
  2. When you search for a game with filtering mode enabled and it fails, are you seeing any 'blocked' icons on the map? If so, can you reproduce and send a screenshot?
  3. Are you located in the US? If possible please provide screenshots of your current Geo-filter setup and what you're seeing when you search for a match, that will make things a lot clearer.
  4. Can you provide a screenshot of how you've got Geo-filter setup currently? If you leave it with filtering mode disabled, are you still able to see server icons on the map?
  5. They implemented some measures to stop people forcing servers by changing some file, but that's not really what Geo-filter does so you should still be fine. Give it a go and let us know how you get on, we've been playing a little in the office recently and it seemed fine.
  6. What are you playing on, console or PC? The important things are that you've got it added to Geo-filter and are prioritising the Halo traffic in QoS. You can follow the same optimal settings guides to see how to do that. http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077072-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-geo-filter http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000077073-dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-qos
  7. Thanks for posting! Where in DumaOS are you seeing this error, is it after performing a particular action? You mention Network Monitor, are you seeing it simply when navigating there or performing a particular action there? Sometimes we'll see this error when trying to 'Resync cloud' from Ping Heatmap, Geo-filter, Adblocker etc. Normally it's just referring to that specific operation taking longer than it would normally, but it's not anything to worry about as the operation will have succeeded.
  10. There are some interesting entries in there, I've created a task for a developer to investigate. I'll get back to you as soon as I've heard back.
  11. Is Congestion Control set to 'Always'? If not please re-test with it set to Always. Are all devices on the network connected through the R2?
  12. Are you seeing any E-transfer domains showing as blocked in adblocker? If so, please take this domain and add a whitelist rule for it, that should resolve the problem. Please then also provide the domain to us so we can add it to the whitelist for our next cloud update.
  13. Apologies for the delay, I've just enabled the remote logging, let us know if DNS is now working and if the issue occurs again.
  14. Could you please set the two sliders in Congestion Control to 70% and then select 'Auto-enable'? Check that the DumaOS classified games rule is also enabled. Could you also please share a screenshot of a completed Connection Benchmark? Temporarily set Congestion Control to 'Always' before running the test.
  15. OK, would you mind if we repeat the process again but this time I'll enable some remote logging on your R2? Then, next time it happens, you can report what time it occurred and we should then be able to see something around the time the error occurred. Let me know and I'll get ahead and enable that, it will reboot your router in the process.
  16. Apologies for the delay, just had a look around, everything looked to be running properly. I've restarted DNS and rebooted the router afterwards, can you let me know if you're still having the same problem?
  17. Do you have DNS configured in Windows? If so, please remove it from your adapter options. Otherwise could you please enable 'Remote access to tech support' from the WAN settings and I'll take a deeper look at what might be happening.
  18. Maybe set Ping Assist back to zero and try again, that could be causing the issue.
  19. How strange! If you just enable 'Use upstream DNS' does it then work again? Could you clarify on which firmware you're having this issue?
  20. That's odd, can you double checking the Network settings are still configured this way? Have you added any devices or made any changes since?
  21. Check out this guide and follow the advanced section to see how to do this correctly: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000087492--dumaos-optimal-settings-guide-hybrid-vpn Let us know if you have any other questions.
  22. Are you filtering servers in your area? Is filtering mode enabled? As Fraser mentioned, a screenshot might be easier. We don't know exactly when the new firmware will be released, we're working with our beta testers currently to iron out a few issues. After that it should be good to go!
  23. Sorry to hear this, if you're able to in future it may be worth TFTPing the current firmware to the router, this is about as close as you can get to a re-flash so it may resolve issues you're having. I'll leave the article for this below. https://kb.netgear.com/000059633/How-do-I-upload-firmware-to-my-NETGEAR-router-using-a-TFTP-client-on-Microsoft-Windows
  24. Welcome to the forum! Sorry to hear you're having these issues. Could you please reboot the XR1000 from the three-dot menu in the interface? Once you've done this, it shouldn't factory reset when it loses power and hopefully it'll resolve your issue of the error message too.
  25. Does that PC have a Wi-Fi card? It may be that it connected over both interfaces and has separate IPs for each. You wouldn't be able to remotely reboot a device from Device Manager, but maybe it'd be useful if you could force a new lease renewal or something. Thanks for the suggestion!
