  1. OK no worries, I've just set it up again. No suspicions from the devs just yet I'm afraid, the problem with these sorts of issues is that we need it to occur enough times to see if we can find any other patterns with the sort of network activity around the time of the disconnection, so we're still in that sort of process at the moment.
  2. ¿Puede quizás descargar el cliente de escritorio VPN abierto y probar que el archivo de configuración funciona allí?
  3. Are all devices losing connection or is it just specifically devices that are connected via Wi-Fi? Are you able to access the DumaOS interface when the disconnection occurs?
  4. What does Geo-filter show as your ping to the game server you're playing on?
  5. Could you please confirm that the R2 is connected to the Virgin Hub via an ethernet cable connected from the Blue WAN port on the R2 to one of the LAN ports on the V Hub?
  6. Welcome to the forum! Presumably you're playing these games in multiplayer mode right? I'm not sure how their multiplayer works, as it's not yet confirmed supported in DumaOS. You could try going to Device Manager -> Click your device -> Change device type to Playstation. Then, go back and remove your old profile from Geo-filter, then create a new one for your PC. When prompted to select a service, select 'Choose manually'. Test that and see if Geo-filter detects servers/peers.
  7. I believe you should be able to import them from a txt file. The format should be like this for each device with a new line separating each device: <mac_address> <devicename> e.g 00:00:00:00:00:00 DeviceName You should then be able to import these from the three-line menu in Device Manager.
  8. Nice. It's up to you to be honest, I haven't setup the remote logging yet. We can either do that now (R2 will reboot when completed) or we can wait and see if the problem persists, then apply remote logging after that.
  9. Excellent, let us know if you have any further issues.
  10. What speeds do you pay for from your ISP?
  11. Thank you for your suggestion. We are indeed looking to add Hybrid VPN to the XR1000, we've learned that due to some low level kernel differences, it's proving a challenge to support this feature on the XR1000. We are working to resolve this and if possible, will add the feature in an upcoming firmware.
  12. That sounds likely, if you factory reset then setup the XR from scratch, does the issue occur again? If not, it sounds as though it's an issue with the config file.
  13. ¿Quién es su proveedor de VPN? ¿Está utilizando la configuración básica o avanzada en la configuración de VPN? Si es avanzado, ¿está usando un archivo de configuración de OpenVPN o está usando un archivo de configuración de WireGuard?
  14. How are you restarting the R2? You shouldn't need to complete the setup wizard again after a reboot. Perhaps it would be better for us to setup some remote logging, so your R2 can log errors like this to one of our servers and we can view them even if you lose access to the interface. If you want to do that, could you please go to Network Settings -> WAN and enable remote access to tech support. Also, please disable IPv6 from both the WAN and LAN settings. Then hit save settings. Let me know when you've done that and we should be able to access your R2 to setup the logging.
  15. Hey, I've responded to you in your other topic.
  16. Which issue specifically? What error are you seeing? I believe there are still some issues filtering Apex legends, however you can simply use Apex's built-in server selector and use Geo-filter with filtering mode disabled to verify you're getting connected to the correct servers.
  17. I believe this is a known issue, instead, could you download the list and save it as a .txt file, then use that file instead of a web address?
  18. The PS5 should use whichever DNS is currently configured on the R2, whether that be the upstream DNS (your modem) or whatever DNS you have configured on the R2. Are you having any particular issues? If so, let us know and we can assist in troubleshooting them.
  19. Welcome to the forum! What's the exact make and model of your modem? Have you configured Geo-filter? If so, could you please share a screenshot of how you've done this?
  20. What firmware version are you currently running on the XR500? Have you recently upgraded it at all? If so, can you please ensure you've factory reset the XR since upgrading it's firmware.
  21. Leave it for a few minutes after the upgrade, and maybe clear your browsers cache too. After that, go to 192.168.77.1 and see if you're able to get to the setup wizard.
  22. Yeah you can leave Geo-filter as it is. And yes, disable DumaOS classified games.
  23. Can you send over a screenshot of how you've currently got Geo-filter configured? That'll help us see if there's anything missing.
  24. There isn't really a way that you can prevent these user's from being able to resolve your public IP, that's why it's not recommended to open this up to users you don't know personally. There isn't any advanced DDoS protection built-in to the R1 that you can use enable I'm afraid.
  25. What speeds do you pay for from your ISP? If it's lower than ~900mbps download, you need to update this in the three-line menu in Congestion Control -> Set Bandwidth speeds.
