Can you provide a screenshot of how you're currently got Traffic Prio configured? I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say you have it set to a specific percentage?

We did initially have this option for PureVPN and HMA, however with the frequency that modern VPN providers modify their config files, it makes it really difficult to maintain this approach. When you say multiple users, are you referring to multiple devices on the home network? If so you can do that by adding them to the VPN traffic section. Can you also explain what you mean by unlimited access? There's no limits in DumaOS as to how much traffic you can send through the VPN.

Welcome to the forum! What do you see when you go on the Xbox and select Test multiplayer connection in Network settings? Do you happen to know if you're using IPv6 at all? -
When you tested directly to the modem, you were connecting to it via ethernet, is that right? However with the XR, you're testing over wireless? Are you able to connect directly to the XR via wired and check if the problem remains? If it doesn't at least we then know that it's definitely Wi-Fi that's the problem and not necessarily the manner in which the XR is handling traffic.

OK, we were referring to the last screenshot you provided of these settings where these were ticked, hence the confusion. If this feature doesn't seem to be working, I'd suggest trying another storage device to be sure. However, if that's still not helping, I'm not sure how much more we can do until we have another firmware version available. You could try reaching out to NETGEAR's support about the issue and see if they're able to offer any alternative solution. -

Copy the wireguard config you've currently got setup in Hybrid VPN and paste it into a notepad. Save that notepad file as something like "wireguard_config.conf". Make sure you save it as .conf and not .txt. Then, download the WireGuard client from here: https://www.wireguard.com/install/ Then on the WireGuard client, import the config file you saved earlier and see if it works. If it doesn't, we know we still need to work on the config file.

Can you download the Wireguard Desktop client and verify that the exact config you're using in Hybrid VPN is working in the desktop client?

Are ALL devices on the network connected to the R2, or are some connected upstream? Can you think of any configuration changes you've made recently on the R2?

Restore all checkboxes, besides the ones for USB capture, to their default. We don't need these other options and they could be causing an issue/confusion. -
Are they still not showing if you try to access the interface from a private/incognito window? It may that it's a caching problem.

You could do yeah, I'd suggest doing this after replacing the Coax line. I suppose it's possible, though if it were bad I think you'd have far more noticeable problems than this.

What are you seeing when you try to load the interface in another browser? Could you try doing so from an incognito/private window so we know cache isn't the culprit? Are you getting any errors when trying to run the Connection Benchmark? Could you clarify which firmware version exactly you're currently on?

Just the two checkboxes under Debug Log Capturem, that's fine. Then yes, wait until it occurs again. -
As a test, could you disconnect the WAN cable from the R2 and try again? Unfortunately it may require a few resets again to verify.
