Could you open a command prompt in Windows (Press Windows key + R, then type cmd and hit Enter) and enter the command ipconfig then send us a screenshot of the output?

OK, and do you have the option with your ISP equipment to configure PPPoE and VLAN there, then connect the R2 via DHCP? We have seen some issues with the R2 and PPPoE/VLAN in the past, so if doing this resolves the problem for you, it tells us that this is where the problem lies. -
Are you seeing an error message reading "This Rapp has not loaded yet" or something along those lines? Can you try to load it a couple of times, then download a copy of the log file from System Information and send it over to us here?

Yes 10% will be fine. There is also a newer firmware available for the XR1000 so I'd suggest upgrading to that as it may mean you can pull a newer version of our DPI database, which may help with this issue. Edit: After a discussion internally, this firmware is no longer available due to remaining issues. -

Yes, if you sign up to the early access we can grant you access to download the latest early access firmware. Out of interest, did you factory reset the R2 after upgrading to the latest two weeks ago? -

Thanks for reporting this, what devices have you been testing with? Do you know if they use private addresses/MAC randomisation? iPhones for example do this and it prevents them from being recognised properly in DumaOS. I wonder if it's something to with this.

OK thanks, I'd also suggest reducing Share Excess for gaming and uncategorised. Gaming doesn't need that much bandwidth and uncategorised could cause problems. What game are you playing exactly? What's your average ping in game? -

OK, do you have ALL devices on the network connected to the XR? Or do some connect directly to the ISP router/modem still? The rules in Traffic Prioritisation aren't seeing any traffic, so this may also explain why you're not seeing any improvements with QoS. Is your PS5 definitely connected to the XR? Could you please try powering on the PS5 and see if it shows up in Device Manager as being online? If it does, remove the existing rule from Traffic Prio and add a new one, being extra careful that you're definitely selecting the right device. -

That's very strange, as Fraser suggested earlier I think it would be a good idea to sign up for Early Access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ then once approved you can try the firmware there. That may be more stable for you. -

100% would mean that QoS basically isn't doing anything at all. If having them set high is what feels best, set them both to 99%. -

Are these Wi-Fi devices or wired? If wireless, does it appear to be accepting the password, or is it saying the password is incorrect? -
Could you please try disconnecting the R2 from power for ten minutes. After this, reconnect it again and see if you're able to complete the setup wizard successfully. Sometimes the R2 can get itself into a funny state if there's residual power hanging around in there, so turning it off for at least ten minutes helps to clear this.

Hey, I've responded to you in the other topic you've posted regarding the XR1000. We are working on redesigning Hybrid VPN as we're aware the UI and functionality is not up-to-scratch. It will be improving over time, we appreciate your patience on it.

Extremely Disappointed XR1000

I can understand your frustrations here. The XR1000 doesn't yet have Hybrid VPN primarily because of the hardware, it's very complicated to get a feature like HybridVPN working on this hardware. I believe we are still working on getting it supported in future, but unfortunately I don't have an ETA as to when this might be. Hybrid VPN is also still being developed, so it will be improving over time for the XR500 as well. -

Welcome to the forum! After setting up the XR1000 and putting the XB8 into modem/bridge mode, please reboot the XR1000 and see if it gets a WAN IP after that. If not, can you go to the WAN Settings on the XR1000 and double check that it's not got any Static IP or anything set there. -
This is fine, sometimes you may see this error but the cloud will still have resync'd succesfully. If you'd like us to verify for you, download a copy of the log file from System Information and send it over to us.

What's the problem exactly? Are you requesting to be added to the tester's cloud? If so can you DM me the MAC address you see in Network Settings -> WAN -> Network. -

That's very odd, which mobile app did you use to reboot specifically? The Nighthawk App or the DumaOS App? -

Do you know if your ISP requires you to use PPPoE, VLAN or DHCP identifiers in order for you to get connected to the internet? If they do, can you configure these on the ISP modem instead of the R2, so the R2 can then simply connect to the modem via DHCP? -

That's odd, do you still have the same issue if you use Radius mode instead of Polygon mode? You can just set the radius to be over central US as a test.
