  1. OK great. What did you input your speeds as being during initial setup? You can double check by going to the three-dot menu in the top right and going to advanced -> network speeds.
  2. We've been having some issues dispatching UK orders due to the order in which stock has arrived, but we're hoping to get all remaining UK orders from January and February out today or tomorrow. Thanks for your patience! We do indeed have stock, but you will experience approximately a 1-2 week wait time due to the fact that we're still working through dispatching pre-orders.

  6. Welcome to the forum! We're just in the process of dispatching the last few orders from January and February, you should receive an email with tracking information either today or tomorrow!
  7. When you join the voice channel, watch the Geo-filter map for a blocked server to appear, then manually allow that server and you should be good to go.
  8. We ship from England, it would normally take a couple of days however currently we are working through dispatching a lot of pre-orders so delivery times are delayed.

  17. Sorry to hear that, how are you resetting? You'll need to hold the reset button on the back for 30 seconds rather than pressing it.

  19. Apologies for the delays, we're actively working as fast as we can to work bugs out of the beta release but unfortunately these things take time to recreate, understand and fix.
  20. I've just chased this up with the team, we're still working in it. Sorry for the delays, it's really difficult to work around these things when changes are made on the server side, but we'll keep at it.

  24. That's interesting, so you're still connected to the R2 via one of it's four LAN ports? Have you tried with both the IP (192.168.77.1) and http://dumaos/?
