  1. Is this issue just limited to the iPhone or are all devices getting this? With QoS on and Adblocker off, do you get the same problem?
  2. Awesome, thanks for the update. Sure so continue with static IPs for now until we're able to resolve this!
  3. @BERNARDINO DE AGUAS That's something we can solve through a cloud update, we'll hopefully be able to push that today.
  4. Enter 1 in the start field and 65535 in the End field
  5. OK great, thank you. If that occurs again you may just need to reset distribution, I think you'll notice it after making changes to Bandwidth Allocation. So that table looks fine, are there any devices connected to the Arris or is it just the R2?
  6. Fortnite has a lot of servers and with our current systems they can frequently get bundled together like this. Our new tool should do a much better job of geo-locating these. Thanks! I'll pass this on.
  7. That's interesting, we'll give that a test and see if we can replicate this. Are you testing the channel widths with QoS fully disabled? Not that this should make a difference, but just to rule it out.
  8. Unfortunately not, it's a complicated problem that's occurred as a result of changes on Bungie's end, so it's hard for us to work out how we might be able to get around it.
  9. Could you please go to device manager and in the options, switch to table view. Could you then send us a screenshot of the top table please? In Bandwidth Allocation, do you have 'Share Excess' enabled? If you click 'Reset distribution' instead of fully disabling QoS, do the YouTube videos then buffer OK? Does this issue occur while you're gaming, or all the time?
  10. Is this with the modem in bridge mode or is it not in bridge mode with the R2 IP in the DMZ? Could you perhaps send an updated screenshot of your QoS settings if you've changed them at all?
  11. OK great, let us know if it continues.
  12. Hey Testers, We've got a new R1 beta firmware for you guys to dig in to! https://www.dropbox.com/s/8z4kcynmo3glplp/DumaOS-R1-3.0.207.sig?dl=0 We'd suggest a factory reset after the upgrade to ensure you're starting from a clean slate, let us know how you get on! Change log: Fixed issues with Adblocker and Connection Benchmark Fixed issues where the GUI doesn't load properly Fixed issues with Wi-Fi backend Fixed other issues with Network settings Added stability improvements to QoS Fixed Device Manager crashing issue
  13. Either type 1 or 2 is generally fine! What are you seeing in the Warzone lobby? Are you having any troubles matchmaking at all?
  14. @CordeiroMarcos No problem at all! Are you seeing the same speeds if you run a third party speedtest, such as speedtest.net? Or is it just Connection Benchmark that's showing these speeds? I've responded to you question about the Warzone servers in your other post! Essentially, you will be able to see the Warzone servers again once we've pushed a cloud update, this should be early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!
  15. Welcome to the forum! That's odd, you should've received an EU power adapter with your order. Sorry about that, feel free to send an email over to [email protected] with your order number and we'll send one out to you!
  16. How are you currently trying to access DumaOS? Are you connected to the R2 via wired or wireless?
  17. Awesome, thank you, I'll let the team know!
  18. Thanks, there is actually now a newer beta firmware that we'd suggest you upgrade to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/l3oeb6dw25ngmwm/XR500-V2.3.2.120.zip?dl=0 We'd suggest factory resetting after you've installed this, you can then go through and quickly setup the network settings again, hopefully that should resolve your issue.
  19. Do you have any custom rules configured in Traffic Prioritisation? When you run a speedtest from a wireless device, do any of the rules in Traffic Prio detect traffic?
  20. Thank you! What game is this for?
  21. That's interesting, are your bandwidth speeds entered correctly? You can check this by clicking the three-line menu in the top right of the interface -> Advanced -> Set bandwidth speeds.
  22. We're dispatching all remaining pre-orders today and tomorrow, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information once we've dispatched yours.
  23. Hey @B VR, I've just responded to your email with the requested details about the returns process. Thanks again for you perseverance throughout troubleshooting.
  24. If you're seeing that in Connection Benchmark, that's telling us what the R2 is getting from the modem. If it were a problem with the R2 then you would see 1gpbs in connection benchmark but lower speeds to connected devices. Are there other devices connected to the modem/router or does everything on the network go through the R2?
  25. @Martin D I get why that's frustrating, we're working diligently to have it fixed ASAP. If you'd like to enquire about returning your R2 for a refund, you can email [email protected] and we'll look into this for you.
