  1. That's not how it works really, what is it you're trying to achieve exactly? Also, what is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  2. See how it actually performs rather than focusing on the results of a test that don't saturate your connection
  3. No worries, that's what I'm here for, put number 1 in the first box and then you're good
  4. I've chased the team again but I doubt it, we've been having some issues with the cloud we need to sort out
  5. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  6. You'll need to delete it from HVPN, go to Device Manager, change it to a PC then you can add it and make those changes
  7. I'm not following, if you've just booted your device and there is a 15 second delay, how is it disconnecting you when working from home etc?
  8. Good to hear, let's hope it continues! As long as you've fine tuned it based on PingPlotter then regardless of what the site says you'll be good.
  9. That's the unique ID for a specific server yes - good to hear, keep us posted!
  10. I can't recall, does HVPN have the option for Wireguard on that version/router? If so could you provide the config you're using please with the keys taken out?
  11. Yes this is because you're making a direct connection, either to them specifically or to a chat server
  12. For a console you'll need to cover the whole device really otherwise it may not work properly. You can try it though, just port the same port number in every box or for a range, the first number in the first boxes and last in the last boxes.
  13. Should have pushed by now but if not resync the clouds and it should work
  14. The device showing online/offline on the Device Manager wouldn't impact the connection at all, it's purely a visual representation of what it is seeing, it doesn't force any type of state. We've just released a new Early Access firmware if you could upgrade to that and see if it makes it more consistent for you: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/57983-new-r3-firmware-dumaos-40540
  15. Added https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  16. Always pinned to the top of the relevant forum: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
  17. The logs show errors that's not out of the ordinary, it's showing normal background processes, unless you're having a specific issue alongside the entries they can be ignored. I'd suggest testing with downloads while following: https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ start with a high value e.g 95%, test, decrease 10%, test, decrease 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good, then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Important to note that Download/Upload on CC don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This is more of a real world test.
  18. Click the server in the ping window and it will show you more details including the ID
  19. Currently the R3 has more features software wise, depending on your home size you may need better hardware so I'd compare the R3 to the modems they provide and make a decision based on those two aspects
