  1. Click on your device on the Geo-Filter and it will have the toggle there. You shouldn't be seeing any circles outside your radius at all which indicates you could connect to anything really No you'd have to go on the specific heatmap page
  2. Putting your PC in the DMZ is a really bad idea, I'd suggest removing that immediately. Other than Adblocker it wouldn't effect specific traffic unless you've made Internet Rules, SmartBOOST rules, port forwarding rules etc to those specific services. You're not using HybridVPN are you? If not then yes the easiest way to test the cause would be to factory reset, change nothing, check if it's still an issue, if not then adjust what you normally would 1 at a time and re-test. Did it occur before updating to the latest firmware or is this a relatively new issue only after an update/setting/physical change?
  3. We're aware of that, for the moment you'll need to change Congestion Control percentages manually to achieve the same effect
  4. It looks like it could be a few things: You've added your device but filtering is toggled off Geo-Latency is enabled Ping Assist is enabled You apply the Geo-Filter after you've booted up the game or changed Geo-Filter settings when you're on the game without rebooting the game
  5. Disable BI in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced, does it still happen then?
  6. Have you used the correct credentials as well? Can you provide a copy of the config you're pasting in please?
  7. Thanks for the IDs, they're both Irish servers and so should be allowed, they will be the authentication servers. Add them to your allow list and see where it then places you for a game.
  8. Have you got the Geo-Filter enabled for your PC? If so disable that, does it stop happening then?
  9. Do you have Smart Connect enabled for WiFi? If so, if you disable that and connect to 2.4 or 5GHz manually can you still not access? Where is it saying that exactly, on the console dashboard, game etc?
  10. It's likely the server became mislocated and the "Polish" servers were also mislocated as well, if you can provide the ID of one of them I can double check. Do you have Geo-Latency enabled or have you put the device in the DMZ or made an Internet Rule to allow all traffic?
  11. It doesn't really make too much sense, what other settings have you changed from their defaults?
  12. It's Behavioral Identification, nothing to do with WiFi but how the router interacts with packets so my thought process was it might be incorrectly classifying the traffic and dropping packets. Disable SmartBOOST fully from the and see if it works then please
  13. They're putting some more applications in the update and then it will be out, no specific due date but it will be included
  14. What changed in settings or in your physical setup when the issue started to occur? Give devices reserved/static IP addresses in DHCP settings and see if it continues please
  15. Disable BI from Settings > Troubleshooting and see if it works better then please
  16. Ping Optimizer just changes the Congestion Control percentages so it will be possible to get good results, though it did use a different server to do so, it is possible that server was closer than the one you're testing with. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/en/support/solutions/articles/16000074717-how-to-test-your-internet-ping while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values. This will be more of a real world test rather than a simple online test.
  17. What do you mean the time frame isn't in it? As in when the disconnect happens that wouldn't be included? I'd need the data from when the disconnect happens
  18. It would be an OpenVPN configuration file, copy the contents and paste it into HybridVPN, I can't tell you what file to use, I don't have the service and don't know what server you want
  19. It's likely you have a different issue then, when it happens could you provide the log from the router please?
  20. You don't need to run Ping Optimizer, you just click on it and go to advanced straight away. Split the WiFi bands and have it connect directly to 5GHz, does it get better speeds and work better then?
  21. Sounds like it is losing power, make your settings changes then reboot from the interface, this will act as a hard save and hopefully prevent it happening again. Do you have it connected to a power extender or direct to an outlet? If an extender please try direct to an outlet. Otherwise do you have another power adapter you could try with?
  22. It should definitely be resolved now so yours could be a different issue. What do you mean you can't open ports? When are you getting this error specifcally, after trying to downgrade/upgrade? Could you provide a video of the process if possible? I have given you access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
  23. We usually suggest starting with 70% for both to start with and then experimenting from there. For the mode it's down to personal preference and when you want it to activate
  24. Presumably you're looking for Congestion Control which is in Ping Optimizer > Advanced What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router?
