  1. Could well be, on the ethernet adapter disable Energy Efficient Ethernet, restart the PC and then try again
  2. Let us know how you get on in your specific topiic
  3. Does the same occur without the VPN?
  4. What do you mean if you connect it directly to the LAN cable you can't access? Do you mean R3 LAN to modem WAN or a device to R3 LAN?
  5. That's bizarre, that would indicate that it's not the router/port then as otherwise the same issue would occur, it must be device based - what are the specific devices you're using?
  6. Can you provide a screenshot of your Geo-Filter page please? - Uncropped
  7. That's good to hear! It really depends, I can't give an accurate time frame really, usually we build up a cloud update and push it when there are enough changes
  8. I haven't seen that before and can't read french, what does the error say?
  9. No that's a good amount of servers. The game is trying to prevent people using VPNs so that could be it, are they close servers?
  10. I think that probably is an authentication server, there are likely quite a few in that same location, keep allowing them as you see them if they're not allowed and that should stop the issue happening. If you could then copy/paste all the IDs you find we can then get that updated
  11. If it's P2P yes, if it's server based (most games are) then no, you can only control the server you connect to, you can't impact other peoples connections
  12. I believe it's going to be in the next cloud update
  13. It's just log spam, it's not causing any problems but yes we will sort it
  14. You can keep two different areas covered that's fine, make sure you disable Geo-Latency, reboot the game then try again
  15. We're aware Ping Optimizer/Speed test isn't 100% reliable at the moment, in the meantime set the speeds manually and adjust Congestion Control to achieve the same effects
  16. Looks like you've not told HVPN you're using Wireguard and still have it set to OpenVPN
  17. You already have access: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  18. Look for a server that gets blocked when this happens, it may be the same one every time and may actually be an authentication server that we need to whitelist. Add it to your allow list, see if it stops the issue and still connects you to the servers you want
  19. Added You already have access
  20. I can't read what the message says but check in system information if it has the exact time correct - you may need to toggle off/on daylight savings
  21. It's connected to a server there in that screenshot, that is the game host - pinging is separate from being able to connect to the server. Game servers reject pings so we try to be clever to counteract it but it doesn't always work to provide a ping
