  1. You may just be on an old version, could you upgrade to this: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/ and when you're on the final version could you factory reset then monitor and see how you get on please?
  2. Select the manual option then see how you get on
  3. You can kind of do this, go to SmartBOOST > Menu > Settings, switch to Advanced. Click Add, search for Downloads, select the ones that apply. Once done click the pencil icon for them and give them the value of 1 so they're treated the lowest. Then you can add anything else and give them a higher number to prioritize them.
  4. So in DHCP > Advanced disable DHCP, apply, reboot, wait 4 minutes then monitor
  5. Potentially DHCP again, did you disable DHCP as above?
  6. Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing there when it doesn't appear to be prioritizing please?
  7. If you click ok on the error can you use it as normal or does it reappear straight away?
  8. We need to update the Call of Duty service. Prioritize the device itself and it will prioritize the game
  9. Do you have an Anti-virus/firewall installed on your PC? If so it could be blocking the interface, either disable it then check or add http://192.168.77.1/ as a trusted site and then check please. A browser based Adblocker could also be blocking it. Also make sure you're accessing via HTTP not HTTPS.
  10. Change it then reboot it from the interface and then try again please
  11. Here you are: 4.221.228.183 99.83.193.69 4.221.210.86 13.248.235.206
  12. Some devices don't like that band, is it on every device or older devices?
  13. Not sure when it would be but we'll likely get it out to Early Access as soon as we're confident it's performing well
  14. Yes, the section is here: https://forum.netduma.com/forum/153-xr1000-beta-forum/ No ETA currently
  15. I don't have easy access to the information, also in some cases the actual game server IP may not be used to generate that information so wouldn't necessarily be a reliable source. Yes that's also another method you could use.
  16. Once ACC is out you shouldn't need to worry about fine tuning this anymore, it should take care of it for you, the team is working hard on that currently You can do that with the Polygon mode essentially. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game? Are you leaving your gaming device in an instant on/standby mode.
  17. That won't be the cause but thank you. This shouldn't be the cause either but could you disable telemetry in Troubleshooting please and see if it continues? The team are actively looking into the issue, if they need extra information I'll let you know.
  18. Use the DumaOS App on mobile and go to the Geo-Filter, check if there is a device added already and if so delete it. Otherwise a factory reset should almost certainly clear it.
  19. So a couple of things, without knowing how many packets are being sent during a game/what the packet loss percentage is I couldn't say if that number is super high, super low or anywhere in between. I would suggest looking at anything that has changed recently such as installing one of those tracker apps for the game or changing your physical network setup/settings. We don't have the IPs to hand but if you provide us some of the IDs you see for the server on the Geo-Filter I can give you the IPs.
  20. Definitely sounds like the game then or ISP hub or ISP in general potentially, thanks for the update
  21. I responded to your other topic in regards to this
  22. The Geo-Filter is a staple feature of DumaOS, not sure what you mean? You can return within 30 days from the day it was delivered to you Use the steps above to make the PC a console, then you don't need to select a game. Are you enabling the Geo-Filter when you're already on the game?
