  1. Okay thanks, I'll come back to you when they've attempted the update
  2. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter (all the ones you've added) Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client It will then work better, you also won't need to add it for multiple games, it will just apply to them all.
  3. That would be the main thing affecting it so I'm not sure there is anything on the frontend you could change to get it working. When you say crash, is it at the point where it tries to connect to the internet? You said it works via a hotspot but does it work when directly connected to your existing ISP modem/router?
  4. Okay thank you, factory reset then as soon as you can try upgrading to .179 If that doesn't work: If your ISP modem/router has WiFi, set it up so that it is in bridge or modem mode, you can also use the DMZ. Copy the WAN IP from the R2 (found in System Information) and enter it into the DMZ function on the ISP modem/router. Disable IPv6 in LAN/WAN on the R2 and enable remote support in Settings. Then post back here from a device connected to the R2 when you've done that and we'll get a dev to try and force an upgrade through on Monday.
  5. Are you having this issue since updating the router firmware? If so, if you downgrade does it work again?
  6. It automatically pings the game server for you or doesn't, if it doesn't and you want to see the ping then you'd have to click the server/icon on the map manually
  7. Could you provide a screenshot of the System Information page please?
  8. Disable BI in Settings > Troubleshooting > Advanced > Developer Options then check again, if not, disable SmartBOOST fully from its menu
  9. That's a big jump in firmware, try incrementally at least once then try again https://support.netduma.com/firmwares/netduma-r2/
  10. Do you have the Geo-Filter enabled for the PS5? If so disable it, reboot the console and then see if it works please
  11. The Geo-Filter it wouldn't affect at all, SmartBOOST it shouldn't affect either, the only sort of reports we've had concerning those two are disconnects with PPPoE, though not everyone is affected and should be fixed in the next Early Access firmware. There was also a report about speeds being reduced when using VLAN which I've let the team know. If you were to get these issues then yes it would be the most reliable, otherwise it doesn't really matter, the extra hop doesn't do much in terms of adding latency
  12. Check the Network monitor when it happens, is there any other device using a significant amount of bandwidth?
  13. Haha understood, hopefully will have some insight by Monday for you!
  14. You're not being ignored, I just haven't got any new information yet that can help determine the issue/cause, as I said, I will come back to you when I hear back from a dev
  15. Good to hear, thanks for posting the solution, have a great weekend!
  16. I can't really give any advice then based on feelings if there isn't any degradation in measurable stats like ping, speeds etc
  17. What does that mean though, how does it manifest?
  18. Access via routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm disable WiFi radios in Settings > Advanced, apply, reboot from the interface, close the interface, wait 4 minutes, then enable and follow the same procedure. See if the WiFi & normal access works then
  19. Added - do a factory reset after you've confirmed the update has gone through successfully (i.e. you've accessed DumaOS 4 for the first time)
  20. Try going to Manage > WiFi Controls then you should see an option to setup WiFi enhancer at the top if you haven't set it up yet
  21. Your connection definitely looks very stable, try forcing other servers, even if the ping is slightly higher, that should improve your experience
  22. That aspect they work both the same way, if there is no active traffic then there is nothing to prioritize, there also wouldn't be any need as there is no purpose to prioritize something that isn't doing anything. It's like choosing the fastest route to a destination without getting in the car and driving there, unless you get in the car and start driving that fastest route doesn't mean anything
