  1. There are other factors when it comes to connection so QoS alone may not resolve your lag depending on the situation. Where abouts are you located and what servers are you playing on? What is the average ping you're getting to the game? What is your exact physical setup?
  2. Thank you very much, I've passed this on to the app developer and they will look into this tomorrow for you.
  3. Very odd, as it had the Call of Duty service showing that usually means the device has been set to PC. That's good, it may be more effective and see more servers potentially.
  4. Could you please view the error and provide us with the error information so we may better understand what may have caused the error please?
  5. Definitely a server, looks to be in Utah which would make sense given your ping to it. Also looks like you have your PS5 set as a PC? It should be set as a PlayStation in the Device Manager, then it will add with the Games Console service on the Geo-Filter.
  6. Disabling the WiFi is a great step so all devices can be controlled by the R2, if you're not having issues then you don't need to do the above but if it happens again please do so. I would recommend you copy the WAN IP from the R2 System Information page and put that in the DMZ on the Sky Hub and that will ensure you get an Open NAT. That's great to hear!
  8. Yes there is a plan to do that, the reason it does that is because Netgear have a different way of detecting device names than we do and so they need to be synced.
  9. Welcome to the forum! Have you done a factory reset after the update? If not please do so as it is recommended to remove issues caused by remnants of the previous version
  10. Disable port scan and syn flood protection in WAN Settings then re-test please and see if you get any higher
  11. ¿Lo compraste usado o de un minorista de EE. UU.?
  12. Thank you, we'll take a look at this tomorrow and see if there is anything that will help us diagnose it!
  13. Set a static IP on the PC with the following details IP address: 192.168.77.100 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Default gateway: 192.168.77.1 If you're not sure how to do this, you can check this guide: https://kb.netgear.com/27476/How-do-I-set-a-static-IP-address-in-Windows then try accessing 192.168.77.1 please and see if it works.
  14. Sorry about that, I'll chase Liam and see where we are with this.
  15. Interesting, it may be the IP for the router is renewing on the VM hub, when your migration is done set a static/reserved IP on the new modem/router if applicable and see if that prevents it happening again
  16. La prima cosa da scoprire è che ottieni la perdita di pacchetti senza la VPN abilitata?
  17. Welcome to the forum! VM doing maintenance in the area wouldn't have caused any problems on the router, so it's fixed by a reset and then how long does it take before it stops working and what is being done just prior to that happening, a settings change, launching a particular service on the devices etc?
  18. Are you unplugging the router from the power frequently by any chance?
  19. I would say the router over the device
  20. Yes absolutely, connect it up as per the user guide from the box (here is a digital version: https://www.dropbox.com/s/apu6q9ll5m18u83/R2_V3_User_Manual_CMYK.pdf?dl=0) then once you've done that and you've accessed the interface and gone through the Setup Wizard go to the System Information page, copy the WAN IP then access the V Hub interface and put it in the DMZ option there. Then you're good to go!
  21. Great questions above, if the minis and the devices are all connected to different APs or the R2 then that could be why there is a delay. Could you try enabling Spanning Tree Protocol in Network Settings, then reboot the router and see if the delay still happens?
  22. Go to Netduma.com and follow the process to purchase, just the same as you would with any other website - add it to cart and go through the checkout.
  23. Leave the priority as it is, I suspect it happened because you put the priority as the same for all, if it's still greyed out clear your browser cache/cookies, reload the page and see if you can set it then.
  24. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  25. So make a whitelist rule that adds Twitter as a domain name and then it will allow Twitter while still blocking everything else
