How are you performing the test via CLI exactly, using iperf? What do you get using speedtest.net? It's quite possibly due to PPPoE, if you put the XR500 in front of the R2 to handle PPPoE instead and have the R2 behind it what do you get then?

You can still block peer connections by using the Geo-Filter radius which is how you're meant to filter really, denying is more for blocking peers/servers that have a bad connection so you don't play on it again rather than blocking, if you do that enough you may struggle to get games. It's very easy to re-classify a peer to a server/vice versa so that will be done.

Do a reboot again so unplug power, wait 10 seconds, plug in, wait 2 minutes, then access and if you have access then do the factory reset

Could you initiate a factory reset from the interface, wait 3 minutes, then access please and see if its all loading?

Go to the System Information page and then in the Rapp panel menu ≡ change the retries to 5, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes before accessing and see if it works then please.

Do you mean you had to disable IPv6? What do you mean by Ping Heatmap isn't working - the page isn't loading or when you select a game it isn't pinging the servers? If the latter resync the Heatmap cloud then try again please.

Unplug it from power for 10 minutes, plug in, wait 2 minutes then attempt access, is it working then?

If you have Adblocker on your web browser (not the router adblocker) then please disable or whitelist the router interface page

Ah okay, it's not telling you to access the link, it's saying it can't load part of the theme, if you click ok you should be able to continue using the Geo-Filter. That message usually appears if you have an Adblocker on your web browser.
