  5. It's a dedicated server game so very likely any peers you're seeing on the map are actually misclassified servers - it won't affect you, it's more of a visual thing.

I would suggest testing different percentages, if it's working as expected then your results for Ping Under Load should improve, if the results don't improve then QoS is working as shown by your waveform results and it's just Benchmark that isn't reflecting the effect properly which we'll work on.

  16. Prior to the update was there a device added to the Geo-Filter? If so make sure it has the same name/device type in the Device Manager as it did before the update. Otherwise you'll need to downgrade to .114, factory reset, then re-upgrade but don't factory reset. You can use the same settings you usually use for CoD and it should work the same.

  18. We need to improve the Benchmark results so if changing the Congestion Control percentages when set to Always doesn't lower that upload spike on Ping Under Load then you can ignore that. For the applications not working, disable QoS completely from the Congestion Control menu, do they work again?

  21. That could definitely be an option if you're able to try it or if you're able to swap the existing modem for another
  22. Once you've done all the steps either from the guide or video reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes, then reboot the R2, wait 2 minutes then access and see if you get internet. Sometimes modems/routers are particular about the order in which they're booted.
  23. Sign up to early access: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/39415-introducing-early-access/ and once approved try the firmware there followed by a reset and see if your issues are resolved, if not post back here and we can do some troubleshooting.
  24. That's what I thought you meant, I wouldn't recommend doing that, if your console starts a background update that will also be prioritized and then cause you to lag. It would be best to either use the Games Console service or add the specific ports that the game uses.
  25. It's not necessarily the ping that is the issue but your routing to the server can be unstable, I still believe it is a game side issue though given your connection in matchmaking is fine
