How did you add the device exactly, with what service?
-
That looks okay yes as long as the servers are within the drawn polygons, I would recommend you put Ping Assist to 0 to ensure you only connect to those servers though
-
As above you can't specify the VPN specifically but you can specify the device using it
-
Okay great then no need to worry about adding the manual rule. If you haven't already I'd recommend going through our optimal settings guides to get acquainted with everything, then if you have any questions let us know! https://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000090646

The IP addresses shouldn't be caused any issues. Just to clarify, DumaOS Classified Games is prioritizing consistently when playing?
-
Is there anything that has changed recently - settings changes, upgrades, any new devices/changes to your local network? Could you provide a screenshot of your QoS page and a completed Connection Benchmark test please?

Hey, welcome to the forum! It should work when using the Games Console service - just make sure you add it before you start up the game/client - if you didn't do that before then the next time you play it should prioritize.

Utilisez-vous la configuration de base ou la configuration avancée avec un fichier de configuration ? Si ce dernier pourriez-vous fournir la configuration que vous utilisez s'il vous plaît?

Once it's released we'll test it and put up the servers on Ping Heatmap

My gaming pc showing offline

It might be that it was set previously to an already used address which is why it didn't show online -
Unplug the router from power for 10 minutes, plug in, hold the reset button for 30 seconds, then wait 2 minutes before accessing the interface and see if it works then please. When did this issue start to happen, after upgrading, changing settings etc?

Your ping to the game server as shown by the Geo-Filter page is about right for your location to the server. In game is higher due to processing delay that all games have (but not all choose to include in their calculation) this can increase based on server load so during peak times - evenings, weekends etc this is likely to be higher so it makes sense that the later the day gets that this increases. There isn't too much you can do about it other than trying to force different servers, however, with the QoS changes I mentioned that will keep your side of the internet as stable as possible.

It is a known issue that the port forwarding entries seem to disappear so if you go to add a new rule where the port is the same as one of those entries you'll get that message. This is something NG is fixing for the next version I believe. If you set all the rules you need after a factory reset and don't change them then they should be okay but are you saying when using OpenVPN it causes the entries to disappear?

The ethernet adapter on your PC, is it specialized such as a Killerethernet for example? Not on the interface, speedtest.net -
Set Upload Congestion Control to 70%, reset Bandwidth Allocation, remove all Traffic Prioritization rules other than the Games Console one and enable that. Where approximately are you located? Does the Asus have QoS enabled?

If you do a speedtest on the PC does the PC switch to online? Do you have a specialized gaming ethernet adapter on the PC? Are you using Armor? -
Can you provide a screenshot of the top & bottom of the QoS page please? Where approximately are you located? Do you have the R2 in the Asus DMZ? Does the Asus have QoS enabled?
-
Can you provide a screenshot of the top & bottom of the QoS page & Geo-Filter page please? What is the model of the modem/router the R2 is connected to? Do you have the R2 in its DMZ?
-
Where are you seeing the ping, on the Geo-Filter or in game? Can you provide a screenshot of the top & bottom of the QoS page please? Are ALL devices connected to the R2 or are some connected to the Internet Provider router?

We don't give out any ETAs. 500 shouldn't be too long now, then as above 700 will follow
