A factory reset should resolve it, it would be a good idea anyway as it's a few iterations ahead of the firmware you were on

You may need to clear your browser cache/cookies, did you do the intermediary firmware first?

You could upgrade it directly, no need to TFTP

You can use HybridVPN on the 500 yes, it's entirely up to you which you want to use. You won't get full speeds when applying the VPN to the whole device, if you use the Hybrid aspects to just apply it to the specific service/application/ports you want then the rest of the device can use the normal connection at full speed. I think that option is enabled by default yes

Okay interesting, that probably is happening because you have no QoS active so everything is fighting each other. Could you re-enable QoS, then completely disable Traffic Prioritization, any rules you've added there and DumaOS Classified Games and see whether either issue returns please?

From what I can tell, we told them it's ready/available but I don't know if they'll be testing it themselves or not. The plan is for them to push it to auto update at some point.

You have the capability to pick between: Any (the default) allows any computer on the Internet to use this service. Single address restricts the service to a particular computer. so that should allow you to get it working for the VPN/Game servers and NAT Type Open should take care of anything else.

Okay so setting NAT to Open in WAN Settings may work but if not, you could try Port Triggering instead, it's just like port forwarding but may work more consistently

Ugh that is frustrating! Unlikely to be able to TFTP it then, it doesn't seem like we're going to be able to get port forwarding working consistently but there are other solutions - what are you needing the port forwarding for exactly?

You can try that version but it is just a security update essentially so I wouldn't have thought it would affect that functionality at all. I've added some steps to a section of the guide, try this, everything else will be the same so follow in order and just do these additional steps and see if that allows you to successfully TFTP: Following Guide 1 - 6 (7) Turn your router off for 10 seconds. - Hold the reset button (8) Turn your router back on. - Continue to hold the reset button (9) Wait for the Power LED to light orange and start flashing. - Release the reset button (10) When the Power LED is flashing, return to the Command Prompt app and press Enter to execute the tftp command and initiate the firmware upload. Following Guide 11+

This beta is just our changes, the DHCP issue is one for NG to fix and is something we've passed on numerous times. Do you know the workaround that should prevent the issue happening?
