  1. When did the issue start to occur, after changing settings, updating, changing your physical setup etc?
  2. Presumably a reboot will restore functionality until it happens a few days later? Does this also happen with the bands merged that everything then gets forced onto 2.4GHz? The logs would be great thanks.
  3. Follow the steps above and you'll see it, let us know how you get on
  4. Awesome setup, those PCs are a work of art!
  5. Ahh yes it is because you're using the R2, that will come later. Though now I can see it, the reason for that is because you have ping assist set to 80. Any servers under 80ms will be allowed so if you want to force specific areas you should disable this/set to 0.
  6. You already have it, it's in the Geo-Filter settings, usually enabled by default check top right of the Geo-Filter page
  7. Ping Optimizer changes the Congestion Control sliders based on what it thinks is the best option to keep your ping to a minimum, it's not always the case. So by changing them manually you're just skipping doing that test essentially and taking more manual control of what settings may work best for you.
  8. It will be in the Geo-Filter settings section top right of the Geo-Filter page
  9. Good to hear, thank you for the feedback, glad you're enjoying the update!
  10. No there isn't that option. Disable Geo-Latency and it should keep the servers within your selected countries
  11. Are ALL devices connected to the R3? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? How have you setup SmartBOOST?
  12. Just connect its WAN/Internet port to a LAN port on the R3. Then you'd have to consult the manual of that device to see if anything further is necessary
  13. It's been out for a long time so it's generally stable. To prevent potential disconnects, In LAN Settings, set the DHCP range to start at .50, then assign reserved IP addresses to devices between .2 & .49 so they're out of the DHCP range, apply, reboot from the interface, wait 2 minutes and see if that stops the disconnects.
  14. That's fair enough, if you wanted everything to go through the R3 then you could get an AP or a router to act as an AP to connect to the R3 to provide extra wifi range
  15. We don't do that kind of support. Are you using PPPoE/VLAN at all?
  16. We need the logs from when it happens, don't worry about it, just when it happens again grab them from that page if you can
  17. There have been some cloud updates so I would have thought so
  18. You can do that if you wish but QoS/SmartBOOST will not be very effective as it can't control the network. If you want it just for the Geo-Filter that will work.
  19. The latest is the beta here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51611-new-xr500-beta-firmware-33535/
  20. You'll need to factory reset I think to get it back. If you had the VPN enabled and then rebooted the router for example this can happen
  21. Yes that's correct, Congestion Control in Ping Optimizer > Advanced
  22. Apologies, didn't see the message and was waiting for screenshots. Most of it really, these would be helpful please: Congestion Control Device Manager (Table View) Traffic Controller HybridVPN System Information WAN Setup LAN Setup Internet Setup Port Forwarding UPnP VLAN/Bridge
  23. The percentages vary person to person, network to network, I couldn't say specifically. You should enter the speeds you pay for/receive and then experiment with the percentages to see what works best
