Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC PlayStation Device Type in the Device Manager Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.

We are aware Ping Optimizer/Speed Test isn't 100% reliable at the moment and it's something the team are working on. Those features can still work, it just may not be every time. In the meantime best to adjust Congestion Control manually in Ping Optimizer > Advanced. Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so we try to be clever in order to get a successful ping but it doesn't always work. It will then try to fall back to the trace method which won't give you the correct ping in most cases but hopefully somewhere near it, however this can also fail. Then because it's unable to determine the true ping it can't know what value it needs to apply with Steady Ping. What firmware version are you on currently?

What do you see when you try to access? When it happens while connected to the router via a wired Windows PC, open command prompt, type ipconfig press enter and then post a screenshot of the results here please. Does it show an error when trying to purchase?

XR 1000v2 slow speeds

I know you said Congestion Control was set to Never but that doesn't disable QoS, was it fully disabled from the menu ? -
PingPlotter showing major lag spikes
Netduma Fraser replied to Cajun72's topic in Netduma R2 Support
During the entire plot was the same amount of traffic being used the whole time with the same QoS percentages? -
Are you able to access the interface when it disconnects? If so, could you grab the logs from the System Information page when it happens please?

XR 1000v2 slow speeds
Netduma Fraser replied to ifell's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
What is the model of the modem/router the XR is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the XR? E.g XR in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode So ALL devices connected to the XR, none to the modem? What are the speeds you pay for/receive? Have you entered those speeds into the router? If you disable QoS fully do you get higher speeds? Is this over WiFi or ethernet? -
I did ask the team and they did test the game and said it works with the Geo-Filter so it shouldn't be an issue enabled anyway. Could be a port issue, what is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g. R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode

duma r2 v.4.0.258 destroying my internet
Netduma Fraser replied to Thrry's topic in Netduma R2 Support
The disconnect I think is because your public IP is renewing itself, if you unplug your main modem for 10 minutes very late at night/at a time where if it disconnected it wouldn't affect you then it may prevent it happening for a little while longer, otherwise you may want to consider getting a static public IP from your ISP. Do the speeds/lag spikes occur after a disconnect usually? -
Download and Upload speed only 1/4 of what it should be
Netduma Fraser replied to TheMW2Ghost's topic in Netduma R3 Support
Give it a reset and then see if it continues please -

Okay so did you factory reset after upgrading to the latest version? Could be some remnants from the previous version causing issues -
duma r2 v.4.0.258 destroying my internet
Netduma Fraser replied to Thrry's topic in Netduma R2 Support
Thanks for that, does it disconnect every 2.5 days approximately? Does the connection restore itself? If not how long are you waiting before rebooting to restore it? -

Steady Ping - Trovare il giusto setting
Netduma Fraser replied to Erik's topic in Call of Duty Support
Maybe but the idea of the feature is to give you a consistent ping, one that doesn't fluctuate at all. Even though your ping doesn't fluctuate much, perhaps the combination of a slightly higher ping and a ping that is constant is making a big improvement -

It does yes, I assume that means you bought it second hand then! Could you grab the logs from Settings > Troubleshooting when you encounter a disconnect please? -
Steady Ping - Trovare il giusto setting

Definitely don't need to use expert then, if you get a better experience that way that's great! -
Steady Ping - Trovare il giusto setting
Netduma Fraser replied to Erik's topic in Call of Duty Support
That's your ping to the Google server, it doesn't mean you'll get that ping to anything else. Without steady ping, in the average game check by how much your ping fluctuates - if your ping is fluctuating by less than 5ms then you're probably fine to leave it off. Higher than that then use simple. If it's higher than 10ms then I'd suggest using Expert. -
P2P games on efootball
Netduma Fraser replied to Djalina's topic in NETGEAR Nighthawk Support (XR range)
Still could be a server just misclassified as a peer. Other than what I mentioned to check between them no not really. You can't know it will be a good game until you connect to it and ping it -

Are you primarily using the app? If so that doesn't necessarily mean you're on DumaOS 4 and it's unlikely that you are. I have given you Early Access though so you can try the firmware to see if it works better for you. https://forum.netduma.com/forum/144-netduma-r2-early-access/
