  1. You should use a local website ideally e.g. a news site. Using something like Google is all well and good if you have a good stable connection to it initially
  2. Yes that's correct, in that case hold the reset button in the back of the router for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access and go through the wizard
  3. Great to hear, thanks for the contribution!
  4. Right click the page, then go to Inspect (Element), on the window that appears click on the Network tab. Then click the checkbox to disable cache. Then click and hold the browser refresh button, and click Empty Cache and Hard Reload (just click the button normally if this doesn't appear). Then see if it loads correctly please.
  5. What is the specific device that is disconnecting? How often is it happening? How long does the disconnect last for - does it reconnect itself or do you have to reboot to restore?
  6. The cloud was updated which seems to have largely resolved it, are you still having the same issue?
  7. Try this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Then see if it works.
  8. I can't say for certain if that is it/the reason you don't have it but makes sense based on what is having currently and yes I would expect it would re-enable automatically when ready. I will send this over to mannrs though to double check
  9. Yeah ideally. No worries, in terms of settings/what you've mentioned so far everything is as I would expect to give you the highest speeds so there isn't really much else I can suggest at the moment but I will have a think
  10. Great! You'll only see one server when playing, do you see that?
  11. I just wanted to see whether it improved or got worse prior to the latest update that did make specific changes to WiFi. For whatever reason it seems to be the max you can achieve with your setup/environment. Are you able to take the router somewhere else that has high speeds to see if you can get better speeds in a different environment?
  12. That would indicate an issue on the phone side, if a temporary solution worked doing something on the phone itself then that would only happen if the router wasn't restricting it
  13. We don't give out any ETAs but the team will be working on it
  14. It may be they're focusing more on console players re:VPNs, I would imagine so given the populations for the consoles probably dwarfs the PC players and so would have more of an impact. If you select a closer server for the VPN does it work?
  15. You don't need a VPN to force servers in different countries, you can use the Geo-Filter to do that. They're also actively taking steps to prevent people using VPNs so I can't see it working for too long. Please provide a screenshot of the VPN page when you've connected to it.
  16. The server is set already in the config you choose, if you want to change the VPN location select a new config file from your provider
  17. Great to hear that, thanks for posting the solution!
  18. Yes that's the idea, not sure how much I can divulge at the moment so will er on the side of caution and say nothing! All looking good there. Thanks for that, I'll pass it on to the team to see if it needs to be rectified
  19. Using a VPN allows you to bypass Geo-restrictions e.g. use the UK netflix in the US etc. Some people think it helps when gaming to select a different country. It can also be used for security purposes. I wouldn't generally suggest using it when gaming.
  20. Thanks for the clarification! Try accessing using the DumaOS app instead of the interface when playing as that would use less router resources, do you then get the same rubberband issue? Ping Assist is a setting you change yourself, you can set that to 0. Game servers don't respond to traditional pings so it may not always be able to ping servers, that is normal. What device is disconnecting, how often, for how long etc
  21. Could you try downgrading the firmware version and try again please
