  1. It timed out, you may have selected a server that is too far away, try a closer server, if that doesn't work please provide the config you're using
  2. Okay re-plug in and ensure both ends firmly click in place and try again. I have heard that the PS5 ethernet port isn't as snug as it should be, make it wobble, is it looser than it should be?
  3. Okay thanks, that'll most likely be it then, I'll pass it on to the team to see if they can exclude it from the app
  4. We don't give out any details about future updates or products and I suspect Telstra would be the same regarding any products until they were ready to announce them
  5. Does the web interface actually have an option to show the router traffic? If it doesn't then I suspect this is an issue between a feature that is available on DumaOS 4 but not on DumaOS 3 and so will report incorrectly as the router doesn't support it
  6. Almost certainly will be a different device - what does the network monitor say on the web interface?
  7. If you can make a new topic for your questions and provide the answers to these questions in that topic we can go from there:
  8. I understand you're connected via ethernet but if you could connect via WiFi and see if the same issue happens please Also try with a different/new ethernet cable
  9. It is case/space sensitive so make sure there aren't any spaces/its all lowercase. Download the DumaOS app on your phone, are you able to login that way?
  10. I believe they made changes quite some time ago using relay servers that prevents the Geo-Filter from being used properly, it can work but likely not reliably any more unfortunately
  11. If you've done the reset then admin / password should now allow you in
  12. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that up to ensure unimpeded access to the internet for the R3? Given the amount of people around you it's very likely you'll need to use a WiFi analyzer to find the least congested channel and change to that
  13. What do you see when you try to access?
  14. Added, it has been temporarily removed XR700 is available here: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/51612-new-xr700-beta-firmware-33363/
  15. It wouldn't be a malicious attack no. A small amount would be normal yes, communicating with the cloud for example
  16. All looks fine there, can you provide a screenshot of Ping Optimizer > Advanced please?
  17. At those percentages it isn't doing anything so change Congestion Control manually to 70% each. You may want to expand your radius to cover a few more servers. Disable Ping Assist and disable Geo-Latency if it is enabled (it's in the same menu as Ping Assist). You could do that instead yes but check NAT/Gaming and Firewall Advanced first to see if you can find the DMZ option.
  18. Very hard to say from the information, it could be from a device instead and just showing as the router. Were you aware of any devices uploading at the time?
  19. Could you provide a screenshot of the WAN & LAN Settings pages please?
  20. Okay so all good now? In theory it should yes as it should detect that you're playing a game, do you see it triggering Unknown (Gaming) when playing? You can't specify texture streaming priority but it should prioritize the game overall
  21. Is this specifically when in a game or on the dashboard or any time? Does it say that LAN cable disconnected message when it happens? Do you get the same issue if you connect it via WiFi?
  22. Use the address from above (192.168.1.1/adv_index.htm) to re-upload the firmware again and let it go through the process, close the tab wait 4 minutes then access and see if it loads correctly please
  23. Great to hear that, thanks for the update. You're very welcome!
