  1. Thanks for the report, it sounds like the CoD service has become out of date, we can fix this via the cloud, I'll let the team know so they can sort that out.
  2. We've breifly mentioned Adaptive Congestion Control and the other one I don't think we've mentioned so I won't be able to say just yet On SmartBOOST you've removing the priorities and then switching screens way too fast, remove them, wait for the undo popups to disappear, then switch pages and back again and you'll see it has saved. Disable Ping Assist, that's why you're getting those higher pings.
  3. Make sure you've set the Geo-Filter for your device before you've launched the game/steam, then start it and check again. If not, check the IP on the device itself then double check it against the IP for the device you think it is on the Device Manager and see if they match
  4. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode By default IPv6 is disabled so you will need to enable this in WAN Settings
  5. I've given you Early Access so you can upgrade to the firmware there - that was the firmware I tested it on https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/
  6. 3478/3479 will be covered by one of your other rules then so you probably don't need that rule now
  7. It may just be down for maintenance or its not busy enough for it to go online, best to check at the weekend, that would be a good sign as to whether it's population based
  8. Resync the cloud on the Geo-Filter and you should see it as an option when selecting a game for your PC
  9. We don't give out ETAs, we're working on two big features currently that will be included. We're taking the time to get them right
  10. Great thanks, will come back to you when done
  11. Some servers can be difficult to force as they don't always appear to be available, Spanish & Italian servers seem to be like this so you may need to include another server in your radius
  12. Follow this guide https://support.netduma.com/frequently-asked-questions/legacyfaqs/test-your-ping/ while downloading & start with 95% for Congestion Control (set to Always), check results, decrease by 10%, check, decrease by 10% etc, until you get to a value that is pretty good & then try 5% either side of that value to see if it can be improved. Download & Upload on Congestion Control don't have to be the same value & you may have a better experience with differing values.
  13. Put the R3 in its DMZ or enable modem/bridge mode on it so all traffic goes to the R3 without anything else impacting it then see if you get the same issue
  14. We're aware the test isn't 100% reliable at the moment, use a bufferbloat test and adjust the Congestion Control percentages manually to achieve the same effect
  15. Looks like IPv6 is enabled now, unless you didn't post from a device connected to the router
  16. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
  17. We've never done a release window or updates etc purely because it's always subject to change and it normally does change so we'd give you information, the time would come for an update, it wouldn't be there, it'd cause disappointment and rinse repeat. We tried it early on and it didn't work very well. We don't need to be reminded, the larger delay currently is due to big features that are being worked on that hopefully should also be coming to the R2 as well. If you're having issues make a topic and we can go through it
  18. If you're doing it via the app then it's likely disconnected you from the WiFi and you'd need to manually reconnect. Otherwise try via a PC on the web interface and see if that works
  19. Okay thanks, I'll come back to you when I have more information
  20. Click the icon top right on the Geo-Filter page and go to settings, you can see it there to disable it
  21. Please provide a screenshot of the VPN page & a zoomed out screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing when you get a game in the EU setup like that. Switching the PS5 to a PC would make it worse, should only be done the other way around. Do this: Quit the application/game/client completely Remove device from the Geo-Filter Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client Make sure Ping Assist and Geo-Latency are disabled.
  22. I've not seen that before, I'll have to pass the crash log onto the team to see what is happening. Are you on a preview/beta version of iOS at all?
